Piper was also upset with Paige for color coding the Book of Shadows. I was like, Ma'am, you literally drew a big X over a demon in the book. Girl, hush 🤣 and let Paige have her moment!
The start of this season was so awkward when i first watched it. Trying to adjust to the new Charmed ones dynamic just like the characters, I also like how S1E1 Piper had to mediate between Phoebe and Prue. Now Phoebe has to do that with Piper and Paige.
I want to give a shoutout to the boys in this episode (Cole/Leo). They both see piper spiraling and both call her out on it. Shows how developed both have become and how they’ve become part of the family
I liked the twist in this episode where later it's revealed who the real parent is whose been beating up the child and it's not the one we automatically assumed. It shows that in reality it's not always the 'father' as in the 'man' who is the abuser.
Especially for a "girl power" (well, woman power really) show to be doing that. IIRC the one time Lifetime had an original movie about female on male abuse, women apparently complained enough that they never showed it again. The fact that Charmed showcased female abuse is very refreshing, and it also shows how, despite our best intentions, we should avoid jumping to conclusions when we don't have the full facts.
@@sandiego2380 I didn’t really pay attention to those details, when I watched the show as a teenager but it’s sad how the father was willing to lie to protect his wife who was the real abuser in the household.
I'm glad that Cole was firm with Piper. I understand Piper's in pain but she's not handling her grief well and she's endangering herself and her family in the meantime
When Paige is new being a witch and half white lighter in her she didn't notice that she has power to orb or telekinetic orb next then you know she used telekinetic orb the rug of hair off of the co worker she works for.
Phoebe never once showed that she was mad or anything of that sort about the fact her sister prue had died, the actress couldn’t be bothered to even pretend that she missed her
In a behind the scenes special features on dvd, one of the crew ladies said Piper is not forgiving Paige for existing. There’s an emotional therapeutic lesson in both this and the banshee ep. Don’t hold in ur anger, sorrow, or any emotional pain. It’ll destroy u from the inside out and affect those around u. Including how they feel for u. Eg. Love and admiring turns into resentment. Let it out, let it all out. You’ll start to heal. It may hurt now, but won’t last forever. That’s my opinion of why ppl don’t. They’re afraid or just think it will b forever.
This one was accidental, but she intentionally curses him later and gets magical payback for it, just not "burning at the stake" level, because what she did didn't warrant that, and she learns her lesson pretty quick.
@EuroMIX2 To be honest, The To Promote Compromise Spell which Paige used in this episode could a very useful used to broker peace between The Montana Family. And The Callaway Family. And the Vanishing Spell which Paige also used in this episode is could a very useful used maybe for physically heal an Innocent, as Paige did this with Caroline. Therefore, It's a Pity The Potential of these Useful Spells has remained very underestimated in distant future.
Phoebe not being upset and angry for Prue will always make me hate her. I get people mourn differently, but like your SISTER DIED YOU HEARTLESS....... kidding :D
I always took as Phoebe was focusing all her attention on Paige. She's upset but she has to take care of Paige and Piper who's recklessly jumping into fighting demons when they've just lost a sister. Alots happening, sometimes you don't get to mourn.
@@nicolejones3216 inaccurate. the Cole tricked them. The agreement was when he asked tempus to turn back time, It would be right before shax attacked, giving them time to defend themselves. Hence Phoebe running downstairs with the spell, instead the source trapped Phoebe in the underworld so when Tempus attacked Phoebe would be stuck.
Paige: May I bring this book about demons and spells from the 17th century to my work place as some light entertainment reading during my coffee break?
Rose did great job in charmed
Phoebe getting mad at Piper for disfiguring the book when she turned into a scrapbook for her and Cole when they broke up 😂
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Lmao she technically added a “seperate” entry for Cole/belthazor. Piper disfigured the Book by using a marker and drawing an X which is worse 😂

True indeed, especially Cole

That is true. On the other hand allowing it to go on and covering for the person is just as bad.
Statistically speaking, it's more often the man, but more often doesn't mean always
I love the obnoxiously loud person whispering "What happened to his hair?"
“If it’s the source then I’ll just ask him to come back later” 🤣🤣🤣🤣

When they can't really deal with something - they vandalize the book it'd seem 😂
Paige mistakenly calling for the rag was really hilarious!
