My 6:30 am school morning routine☀️

Hi guys :)
This video is about my 6:20am morning routine that I had throughout the second half of my second semester this year…so the 4th quarter. The reason I had to wake up this early was bc I was volunteering as the teacher's assistant for morning spark which is like an exercise program our school has. I'm more of a night owl type of person so this was not easy for me haha
To explain a little more..
The first year students have to be stuck in school for 66 days, and cannot go home until the 66 days are over even during the weekends. This is called the MSMP(miracle 66days in a melting pot) It's 66days cuz apparently that is the time needed to create a good habit. So, the 1st graders come out to exercise everyday for the 66 days except for the weekends at 6 30am and exercise for 1 hour and get ready for school after that. 1st period starts at 8:40 but u hve to exit the dorm by 8.
Now when the 66 days are over, after spring break, the 2nd quarter starts. and the 2nd semester is divided into the 3rd and 4th quarter. After MSMP, students get a choice of either exercising in the morning or studying in the morning, and they hve to choose one for each of the 3 quarters. They hve to do both of them at least once.
