I love that your so honest and don't mind sharing your information. I am older, in fact I could be your grandmother, so you can just about guess how old I am...lol but when I first started crafting when I became disabled when I broke my back 20 yrs ago no one would share anything with me. Well I started to learn, and like you, I told everyone who asked where I got my images from, etc...(I like to make vintage cards) I now have almost 400 boards on Pinterest to show anyone and everyone things like this. SO thank you. Your shoes are beautiful. I am making my nieces wedding shoes for Sept. I need a few Rhinestones. I am glad I came across you. THUMBS UP and thank you, young lady!

+Sherita Powell make sure you check reviews first. I always read the reviews first before buying from anyone. On ebay I use sellers that only have rhinestones in their shop, thats usually the best way to tell if they sell a bunch of other stuff besides rhinestones and flatback stones dont buy from them. hi! If I were to put clear rhinestones on clear shoes, would you be able to see the glue ? Do you have any suggestions, thanks!
If you use e6000 you should be ok. That's what I have always used and it doesn't show thru

Yep I use the same process on shirts and hats hun. I bought a hot-fix kit from the craft store but haven't played with it yet. But I will still use the same process. Have a blessed week!
do it make a different between the hotfix iron on flatback or regular.
+Sherita Powell hotfix is sometimes smaller because yo have to use the iron tool for it. I just use regular non hotfix sizes 3mm 4mm and 5mm. It all depends on your prefrence

Yes they can. But make sure that's what you really want because if you make a mistake or decide to take the stones off the material will be ruined underneath

+Kristen Dietrich depends on the size. I use size 3, 4, and 5 it takes about 1500-2000 if you do the whole shoe and if you just do the bottom part of the shoe around 1000

where do you buy your colored rhinestones in bulks of 5000? How much did you pay for them?
on ebay, there are lots of different sellers on there that sell different size lots of rhinestones. The price is usually under $10 but it does take some time to come

+Juicypin-ups so the resin will be as shiny as what you used in this video? and do you know if the e6000 will eat away at the backing on the resin? I bought some resin and maybe acrylic ones before watching this and they don't have shine or hold up to the e6000
Depends on where you buy. Some sellers sale rhinestones that are shiny and some sell the dull kind. I always buy from ebay or blinggasm.com they are they ones I have in the video. Don't use acrylic they wont give you a shine that last very long. I always use e6000 my shoes have held up well just have to make sure you buy from a good seller. If its a good seller selling the right rhinestones you wont have to worry about them holding up
