I really do pray that the DEI programs will decline to zero in the wave of popularity they enjoyed. These policies were a theory that is very destructive. All we have to do is look at the administration in the White House and so many colleges and what they are producing to know this does not work.

My daughter earned her BS and MS in physics from the UNC system.
Every female humanities professor tried to convince my daughter to change majors to the subject they were teaching. Why? Most female non STEM academics are strongly biased against women in STEM.
My daughter's first job out of college started over $100k. She was hired not because she is a woman or mixed race.
She is now designing Qubits for supercomputing.
