For my boyfriend when I make tuna, I put the whole egg yolk and all . I am a Duke mayo girl. That’s the only kind of mayo I use and like. I get my tuna , whole eggs , sweet salad cubes and onions in my tuna I only like tuna and eggs and mayo. My boyfriend do the cornbread from scratch. I use the Jiffy for him. He likes the Honey jiffy. Just try to get the lumps out. Medium consistency. I usually use two eggs and a little milk. I grease my black iron cast iron frying pan . I use a little vegetable oil and and two tablespoons of blue bonnet butter. Put the butter and oil in the oven and heat it up. Once it’s hot, I pull it out and pour it in the mix and stir it all up together and then pour it into the pan. It should turn out perfect 🤩.

What I do is melt some real butter with oil until it turns brown a lil bit then I mix it in the batter but I melt it in the pan I’m gonna use that way it’s already greased up
I put eggs onions small pieces of celery and diced pickles oh and a little mustard salt and pepper it’s real good like that but I like my Tuna a little cold and Rylan is getting big she’s so beautiful
For Tuna I use boiled egg Mayo, sweet relish, a little mustard, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar soo good! For corn bread my granny taught me to put vegetable oil in pan heat up in oven for like a minute then pour mixture.. also love the long vlogs ❤

If you don’t have Pam you can grease the pan with Oil or butter . I usually pour or spread some in the pan then use a paper towel to make sure it’s spread in all areas so it doesn’t stick . I find it easier 😂

No Pam, use that margarine and a paper towel and swipe it around the pan. U need to dig a good scoop of it out. It works for simple stuff like cornbread. A cake will stick so u need old school shortening and flour. And your consistency for the Jiffy was fine. But u will definitely enjoy it more from scratch. And u are right, your cornbread is homemade....just not scratch so talk your shit baby sis!
