Thank you for the suggestion on Nutrafol. I bleach my roots and last November my hair felt like… thinner than usual but not falling out or bald spots. (I had been bleaching it since 2014 but maybe the stress of living in LA lately changed my hair.) I immediately bought ashwaganda and it helped decrease my stress right away. Then I bought Amika The Kure bonding protein treatment for once a week, superfood treatment, Quai leave in conditioner, BB Cream thermal spray, all this stuff and went down to washing my hair once a week for a couple months. I used rosemary dry shampoo in between washes. It seems to help. I kind of miss being able to just brush through my hair and not care about it breaking but now I’m just like really careful not to break my hair when I comb or brush it at all. But maybe a hair supplement will help the internal part and I don’t need treatments.
I loved your video I think it's a really healthy thing that you recognized that routines are okay to break sometimes it's normal and you're able to adjust. I get stuck in routines myself and if I don't do that I freak out So thanks for reminding me it's okay

YESSS I love how you mentioned it’s better absorbed with a meal! This is true for all fat soluble vitamins too :) you need a source of fat to absorb it optimally, think about why we put olive oil and dressing on salad! It’s to help absorb the vitamin K and A in leafy greens ☺️

Love your vids! I had thin and fragile hair and increasing my protein intake to 1mg per pound of body weight has done absolute wonders for my hair. It’s so much thicker and longer now. 🤗🥹🥰
I like Amazon for it's convenience but I'm trying to avoid using it since it was recently released that Amazon throws all of it's returns into the garbage instead of selling them at a reduced rate because they said they are worried if they did that then everyone would want to buy the products at the reduced rate, which would result in less revenue for them. That's tons of perfectly fine products going to landfill. Something to think about...
Can someone explain how bloggers consume so much chia in one day? According to healthline you should only have 1.5 tablespoons of chia per day to safely consume it, and I think that's WAY more chia in that chia seed pudding than that? I understand overnight oats that have chia in them, but only chia seeds seems like overkill?
Really enjoying this vlog 👏🤍, I just have one comment, I believe that 2 tablespoons of chia seeds are the healthy recommended amount to take per day. So just be careful as sometimes too much of a good thing is a bad thing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
