Hello, dude! Thank you for all your help and information about the build. Quick question about the Dung DPS: I noticed you invested a lot of points and skills into AoE effects. However, from my limited experience, this seems secondary compared to single-target DPS (in Dungeon). Do you have an alternative skill setup that prioritizes single-target focus only? Amazing guide! I'm starting playing now and I'm choosing between dagger/wand build and bow/wand, would you say bow build can be also as strong as dagger build?

@@diananoir5847 the empty slots in those builds are flex spots, you can use them for whatever you like
@@m4gicEZ yea, objectively i think bow/wand is technically stronger but I like the utility from stealth and shadowstep as well as the defensives from daggers

Question: You choose Ring of Universal Power. I have tried to opt out of that ring due to it coming from Archboss. Are you playing with a top guild or have I missed a way to aquire it?
Substance transmutation once it comes out. Target accessories and go to tier 4 rewards. that's how I got mine in the korean servers

@@jasper5942 I just used my curses and cleaving moonlight for dmg. I used brutal incision while questing too but didnt upgrade it past lvl1 blue. Definitely level up swift heal too

Did it in KR and it worked like a charm
As a matter of fact, I was in T1 gear melee eva build fighting fully traited T2 gs/dag players and my evasion was still countering them. The people who say that you can’t get enough melee eva just haven’t tried it, it works beautifully

Good morning tre, the skills that are on your bar are different from the build in the guide, they are all different from the ones you are using.
@@grammito3050 The skills on my bar in this video is my “Smallscale/1v1 A” build. The icons look different because the skill icons change with skill spec points and on the website the icons dont change but all the proper skill specs are there
cant wait for guide. really confused on what spells are even on the hotbar. im new to the game but slowly figuring it out. after the first fight, for most of the fights you have the same hotbar on. what spells are the 3rd (blue sun explosion icon) 6th (3 crosses icon) and 7th (blue one that is 41 second cooldown)? ive been searching through the skill page and i cant find them at all
you can't just copy someone else's build kid. that is what noobs do. you are never going to play the same as anyone else. learn what works for YOU. Try out every skill. Kill 20-50 mobs with each one and work them into different rotations and combos to see what you like.
@@victorw191 yea so some skills change icons based on the skill specialization that you take for it.
3: decaying touch, skill spec for cursed magic circle
6: swift healing
7: unlucky clock, skill specialization for karmic haze

@@brettprimmer8172 poisons proc the barrier passive on longbow users so if I have poisons on then longbows turn into raid bosses. Brutal incision could be used if you like it better than cleaving moonlight but personally cleaving moonlight feels better to me
Hi, i really like the build idea and want to start playing it, im just a noob and cant figure out if i want to build range+magic evasion or melee evasion. I see you building melee, but range is better if more range on server? I really dont know what to choose, how can i know what to choose
@@sperrex465 melees have the ability to stunlock you for 20 seconds, thats why i go melee evasion. The ranged users have a lot of damage but you can play around it. Theres no playing around melees without melee evasion imo

@@kagan4191 it should be heavy attack, hit chance, then either mana regen or crit. I must have messed up if I put it there instead if heavy attack

@@cagriypr115 Yes, I was doing it in the Korean servers. It definitely still does good damage late-game
dagger/wand aka darkblighter is really strong. once you pass 20, you make dungeons a breeze because you can play a combo role as dps and healer, so just queue as a dps, and hard carry your team. i must have got over 100 guild invites, and single handedly caused a surge in copycat builds after my first day playing.
lots of different ways to spec and play, easy to go between pve and pvp with pretty similar skills, only a few gear and rotation tweaks.
If you played a magicka templar in ESO years ago when pvp in that game was big, it plays similar to the infamous bomb spec build I invented.
If you have a good group, you play as the tip of the spear, and bust out your combo, then reposition and go after their back line healer/support single target and feast.
The only way you will wipe as a team is if you just get zerged. If you believe the leaks for the new gear sets in Q1, it is only going to get better, as they will be adding procs that work similar to the ones in ESO, that we will be able to combo off of.
in a large scale pvp setting, do you think the damage of a wand/dagger performs better or equal to the burst dps of longbbow/dagger? im pretty torn between the 2
@@rilok919 Its totally different roles. Longbow can backline and throw big aoes into a clump, wand dagger goes in and sleeps those clumps to set up for their backline. The damage on wand dagger is still solid but your job in largescale is to initiate and set up for your guild. Check out my largescale bombing vid to see what i mean

In your honest opinion how much of your survival is player skill vs gear diff? Not trying to throw shade, this is a legitimate question I am asking.
@@kilikx1x no shade taken lol. I’ll put it this way, when im not pressing my buttons I die in 1-2 seconds. 0.01 seconds if they land a heavy-hit lol. My gear was 2.1k - 2.2k in the majority of these clips. In the opening clip I was 2340 gearscore. Most of my gearscore is coming from my weapons too, my armor is all blue/green besides the free purple chest piece from the quests
Nice vid! I play wand/bow but was thinking of switching to wand/dagger but I’m not feeling too sure how smooth the transition would be from a double endurance/melee evasion build at 2.3k
So sorry for the late response, your comment must have slipped through my notifications. The transition from endurance to evasion would be rough for sure, its a complete build change. but the game is still young and swapping is not hard with all the skill swap scolls they gave out

As someone who’s currently playing cbow/dagger I was wondering what’s the dps comparison to dagger/wand? I really like the utility of the wand and your videos have made me wanna switch to it lol
@@__Duck1623 Honestly nothing even comes close to the dps of crossbows i dont wanna lie to you and say its comparable in dps, but wand is still capable of very high burst damage though whereas crossbow has high sustained damage. So on the flip side the burst on xbow will never compare to a properly set up wand burst

Wand/dagger is more evasion focused whereas sns/wand is more damage reduction and endurance focused

In your gear builds links, what is AGS and NCSOFT version mean?
Build looks amazing, good work. Could you tell me how you rotate your spells? Like what order to use stuff in usually.
The AGS builds have updated names for all the gear but the T2 gear is not available and neither are runes or resonances so only the early game builds are functioning in the AGS builds. The NCSOFT builds have all the runes/resonance/T2s and everything for full endgame progression mapped out but the names of the items are different, you can still match the icons though.
As for rotations, its pretty dynamic most of the time. the bread and butter full combo is ToD(touch of despair)>sleep>buffs(enchanting time + leq dagger proc)>decaying time>ToD>Unlucky Clock>Anklebreak>curse explosion. More often than not though you don't have to do that whole entire combo, but instead you can kinda freestyle different variants of that combo based on the situation. Pay attention to if you're going to be interrupted and you can pop smokescreen to help avoid any interrupts but its a long cooldown so use it wisely. Shadowstep>Anklebreak>Cleaving moonlight is good filler damage if you need it but be very careful doing this against greatswords as they can just stun you as soon as you shadowstep, you can predict their stun by dodgerolling a half-second after you shadowstep to counter their stun. A lot of times in open world fights where there are mobs around your sleep will not be used on your kill target actually, instead you use it to peel/lockdown your off-targets.

@@ziad3bdelnabi664 yea I think sns dagger is solid. My friend plays it and he loves it. You can build a lot of evasion with it and be very tanky. It plays like an anti-mage

They're all good just depends on which matchups you struggle with personally. If you have a hard time fighting xbows and longbows go melee+ranged eva (thats what i'm going for)

Do you think this performs better overall for smallscale pvp vs bow,xbow,staff,gs/dagger players? Was thinking wand/dagger and sns/dagger 3rd for tank swaps. I love sleeper builds that slaps when in the right hands
@@Dramox. this build has a good matchup into bows and staves but xbows and greatswords are our counters, this is why I build melee/ranged evasion to mitigate those counter matchups. When played well this build is very strong though

@@MrThrift123 sorry about that, its a mistake I have to fix it. Definitely go for heavy attack, mana regen can be used in the place if crit if needed but not heavy hit.
@@tre632 Hey I was wondering youve got debuff reduction listed on combat prowess belt with full blue but not with the purple sets? swaps to weaken which should I put on my belt?

Hi, im using a maxroll guide build for this wand/dagger which go only for both magic and ranged evasion, did u think it s bad and i dont have to commit ok that? About main wand, what about escavator? Thx so much
@@gaetanotiralongo6795 if you don’t go melee evasion you’ll just get rolled since theres nothing you can do to stop a melee from stunlocking you to death. Excavator wand isnt bad, I just prefer lequirus wand

@@gaetanotiralongo6795 I don't mind the questions at all, that's why I started doing YT was to get some info out there about the class since its so underrated. Yea full guide will be soon. for 3v3 arena I use something in-between smallscale A and B since healing is dampened Ive been experimenting with the aoe invincible wall barrier and trying healing pool with the mana regen spec and passive to help with mana since the only way to regen in 3v3 is to die.
why aoe pve build have 3 blank skill slots?

For arena it's very similar, except I use invincible wall since healing is dampened in arena but the barrier isn't. You can experiment with what you like to take out for it. Me personally i'll sometimes swap out either cleaving moonlight, clays salvation, or shadowstep for it

Yes staff/wand definitely has more dps. What daggers provide is utility in the form of stealth, shadowstep and anklebreak as well as very nice defensives with smokescreen, the evasion passive and the evasion mastery

Do you have any equipment guides, etc.? I recommend using Maxroll instead of Quest Log because it is more complete.

@@arthurfelipe87 so smallscale A has a bit more dmg and mobility but smallscale B has more defensives and survivability.

I want to put it out there that as f2p your damage will be no where near this. At 2400 GS i can get my curse explo's to a maximum of 8k total. Average is around 5-6k I spend alot of time and effort to level the wand after seeing these videos and its just no where near similar results i wanted to put this out there for any f2p player. Your results will be signifcantly lower. as f2p u can chunk people 100% however you will have no potential in finishing kills
I am 90% f2p only thing I spent money on was the battlepass. In the clips in this video I am between 2.1-2.3k gearscore
@@tre632 youre 2.1-2.3 gs but what are your opponents? 1600? this is an inaccurate depiction of how the build actually plays out. Ive tested the damage multiple times using your exact build from your guide. Youre hitting the training targets for 25kx2 im hitting it for 5k x2
@@tre632 youre literally popping people in this video as i do to people 400 gs under me, but against equally geared players curse explosion isnt chunking 90%
@@chadstevenson2007 genuinely this is an accurate depiction of how the build functions. I’m not trying to mislead anyone. I am not over-geared. The people im killing in the 1v3 clip are significantly higher gear than me. And the people throughout the rest of the clips are roughly around the same gear level. The build is just capable of extremely high burst damage when set up properly

@@atomisten all are 50, the first group that I 1v3’d has the rank 2 kill ranked player and the other dps in ranked in the top 20, their healer is also ranked. I just liked the black bars for the cinematic effect not to hide levels. I can also uplaod the raw footage of these same clips if it helps 😁
