Am I the only one who noticed that when Human Smoke did his friendship, Robot Smoke's smoke disappears as well??? I've never noticed that. That's crazy.
I really miss playing this as a kid. Had the PS1 version, played on my old PS2 Slim (bc it was backwards compatible). Left the console and games at my sister's old apartment for my niece and nephew so they could play. Before I knew it, I found out that it (with the games and movies I had left there) was stolen. By my older cousin 😑. I knew that it was him bc I peeked through his room window. And I knew it was mine bc I had a sticker of a pitbull on it and that it was peeled off leaving a mark behind, in the shape of said sticker. Nonetheless it was always a blast playing and it was the first MK that I ever cleared Arcade mode on. With unmasked Sub-Zero ofc. Definitely going to get another physical copy somewhere down the line since I have an old replacement PS2 so I could play and relive those childhood experiences once again. 😁 Edit: Quality TAS as always DKN. You never disappoint. Truly superb (pun intended) 😄. I love what you do. Keep 'em comin'.
Someone imported the original MK3 sounds from CD version and put them into an MKT rom, I just picked it and before recording this run since it's WAY better than playing with many sound issues from original MKT.
I was gonna say the same thing but I do agree emulated MKT is terrible w audio. Thats why I stuck to Saturn emulation before I got my hands on a PSX disc
You can speed up the MKT audio in recording software like Audacity to correct the downsampling mistake from 48 kHz to 44.1 kHz, and then just fill the end with silence so the track length is the same so all the tracks load at the correct time

Aside from my other comment, I was thinking that NRS should re-release the old mainline MK games going up to MK Armageddon onto one collection. I say up to MK Armageddon because we have the right technology. Like maybe when MK turns 35 or 40 (which I felt should've been done a long time ago). Or at least, include every game leading up to MK4 Gold. Just like Capcom did when Street Fighter turned 30. Now that would be fuckin' awesome! 😅👌🏼💯 I'd definitely pay $70 for all of that. Just as long as, it has all the mainline games, going up to MK Armageddon. It doesn't have to be upscaled. Just as long as it's all there.
Yup I remember the Mortal Kombat Movie when sub-zero and Scorpion came into the Boat Shang Tsung said Scorpion and Sub-zero Deadliest of enemies But slaves to my power .... At the end you punch in the codes - if you do it right You will now face one of Shao Kahn Deadliest Warrior Chameleon But it shouldve been Chameleon and Khameleon together endurance at the end or 1st round Chameleon 2nd Round Khamelon
That loading time after every fight is konclusively eternal.
You're not wrong, removing all the loadings manualy saved me 3 minutes, these loadings are soo long.

There is a rom where a person imported the original MK3 sounds from CD and put them into MKT so I just had to edit the loadings☺️
