I have watched many of your potion making videos. I wanted to thank you cause they are so easy to do and you explain it so clearly. I love them all. Dont know where to start.
This is amazing!! I can't wait to make this one! I've made most of your other ones, and they turned out great. Such easy, clear instructions. I tell all of my crafting friends about you. :)
Hello, first of all, your props are incredible and helped me so much with some of the props I have been making but, I have a problem and hope you could help me if you don't mind. With this prop and the leechers one I used styling gel, but it seems it's not thick enough or something because leeches and warts are floating to the cork. Is there a solution to thicken it or something to keep on place? I am using not much big bottles. For the Hungarian Horntail's blood on the other hand the thickness is better than perfect. Thanks in advance!
@@CookingandCraftChick as I am reading in the ingrediets it seems has alcohol denat; I think there are other alcohols like propylene glicol (if I remeber right from high school all "ol ended elements are alcohols). Thanks again.

Hi, love your videos! I just have one question about this one. So i made this potion with everything just like you, only difference is the gel. The gel I used is still max hold and transparent. So my “warts in the gel have moved to the top of the jar. I dont know if its because of the bubbles? I just wanna know if yours looks the same now as the day you made it or if this is to be expected? Thank you for your ideas ☺️
Im thinking what I did differently.. when you made the warts u swirled the glue on the moss I didnt, i just dripped it over.. some of the moss was still out of the glue… Im thinking maybe pockets of air? Still looks cool so nevermind, just wanted to ask ☺️ thank you! Just leaving this comment here so someone does not do how I did
Hi there. I have a question about the hair gel you use. I purchased the same kind from my local dollar tree last year and created my own “Mermaid Tears” potion. I suspended small seashells and a seashell necklace pendant in it that I purchased from Michales craft store along with some pearls. My problem was that after about six months of sitting on my sinks counter top, I noticed the pendant and the shells had completely disintegrated. Is this normal? Do I have to redo props frequently if I use this particular gel? Is there something else that won’t destroy the items I use? Would clear Elmer’s glue work as a substitute or clear palm olive dish soap? Any advice would be great.
TheCatastrophus 🤔I have never tried putting natural items like shells into the gel. All of the beads, hot glue etc I have used still look the same. I have not had much luck with the Elmers glue with larger bottles it stays in a liquid state and the items sink. Unfortunately your best option may be to do a resin if you’re using natural objects like shells so that they don’t disintegrate overtime. Sorry, I hope that helps, thanks for watching!
Cute idea but I think I would've just bought yellow hair gel and dropped in some raisins, along with super gluing the cork inside in case kids get ahold of it.
The person who gave you the idea to use bags to help filling the lass bottle has changed your life I think! :D Not my fav potion (maybe it gross me out too much? :D) but love the label! You really make me want to try some on my own. I've started to put small bottles aside (recycling) and am on the look out for cheap styling gel that looks like yours (haven't find it yet). (I'm not in the US so...)
You could also use a 10 or 20 cc syringe if you don’t mind rinsing it out each time. I just don’t want to use up my piping bags because I decorate a lot of cakes.
You should totally do a potion collection tour if you still have the rest of what you made! Would love to see that.

Every time I watch your videos, I just become amazed at your imagination. I thought I had a good one but you inspire me. Thank you.
Awwwww thank you!! 😊😊😊

What a great idea. So, clever indeed!
I love it! Love your book too! I plan on making these this weekend!
There is a book? Please send me the link xx
What size bottle did you use?

Hmmm was it an alcohol based gel or non alcohol that may affect it.

@@Dhanen It may be because of the alcohol I usually use an alcohol free gel.
@@CookingandCraftChick I see, that would explain it. So, there is no way to fix it?
@@Dhanen i unfortunately don’t think so ☹️
I love this bottle, but the air bubbles bother me a little, is there a way you could make them less obvious, thank you x
If you really tap your bottle some of the air bubbles will work there way out.
Do you do a colour changing potion?

Beatriz Leiro Calabrich wow that sounds really cool!
Lovely
This would make good “Ogre Snot” too 😂.
Ronda Herriott I did think of that as I was making it too! 😂 thanks for watching!

Mine does look the same way now as the day that I made it. 😕 hmmm maybe your hot glue is more buoyant then mine 🤔

@@crimsonpeach4866 ahhhh yeah I could see that. As long as you had fun making it and it still looks cool that’s all that matters 😊
This looks really good.
Hi. I'm having trouble bringing up your Toad Warts label. Any suggestions?

Wow!
Can you use liquid food coloring or do you have to use gel food color?
+THE PINK FLAMINGO STRIKES AGAIN!! You can use either, I sometimes think the gel food coloring gives you a little more control though.

p m I get most of my bottles from Hobby Lobby. But some are from Michael’s and Amazon as well. I hope that helps thanks for watching! 😊💜

raisins will grow mold over time.
whats that music at the beginning? sounds like a song from a rpg maker game i play
Starfeather the music is Air Prelude by Kevin MacLeod. Thanks for watching! 😊
