In solidarity with our Ukrainian brothers & sisters as they celebrate their Independence Day: I present the spiritual anthem of Ukraine-Молитва за Україну (Prayer for Ukraine) by Mykola Lysenko. A beautiful choral work from the heart and soul of Ukraine.

The text, a patriotic poem, was written by Oleksandr Konysky in 1885 in Kyiv, at a time when the Imperial Russian government suppressed the use of the Ukrainian language. The melody and a choral setting were written by Mykola Lysenko, a composer who inspired a Ukrainian national school of composition. It has been the spiritual anthem of Ukraine ever since and is sung at national observances.

ВНИМАНИЕ РОЗЫСК! Разыскивается Украина, возраст 30 лет, есть отклонения в развитии. В феврале 14 года вышла из дома по направлению в сторону ЕС. До ЕС так и не дошла, но домой тоже не вернулась. Была одета в вышиванку и сине-жёлтые труселя, на голове венок с розочками, в руках серп, отзывается на слово НАТО, при упоминании слова МОСКАЛЬ начинает агрессировать и неконтролируемо прыгает на месте, есть склонность к попрошайничеству и предательству, за деньги может переспать с первым встречным. Имеет навязчивую идею, постоянно ищет какого- то Славу. При контакте в дом не впускать, т.к. сразу считает дом своим, в противном случае метит дом фекалиями.
