Thanks for making this video, I was stuck on those stupid metal housings. I've pretty much done all except the glovebox and the trunk. I have a 2014 Passat, so it's basically the same car.

I actually don't remember. The kit I purchased already had them all included so I didn't have to individually source them.

My 2018 Volkswagen Jetta SE doesn’t have vanity on lights nor does it have the glove compartment light like I had all my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta SE is there a reason why?

Different models and trims will have varying light set-ups.

Grease from your hand will burn hotter and burn out the bulb. This is only true for halogen bulb.
