I was a goal keeper in the late 60's in upstate NY College at SUNY at Cobleskill. My training as a goalie was sparse. Most schools had American Football. I played that in gym class, I also played baseball and was a pitcher. That kind of ruined me for a bit as a goalie keep. You can't throw a soccer ball like you would a baseball or football. The techniques are different. If you try the baseball throw which incorporates the elbow bending etc, you end up with a sore arm. Same with football passing technique. I tried different things and one day I was watching a catapult competition on TV, and it hit me. Don't bend elbow, don't get sore arm. I am 6'1", about 180 lbs then with long arms, but I couldn't palm a soccer ball very well. That means my hands weren't that big. I never wore goalie gloves. They didn't have them back then. I got better response punching the ball bare knuckled and it was a bit more intimidating to the opposing players coming in on me. My bare knuckles against the guy's heads as they tried to head the ball. He thought twice next time. I mostly used the two fist technique and found it quite accurate. I could actually aim the ball like I was shooting a machine gun in WWII. I didn't learn much goalie technique in HS, plus the opposition didn't know to come at me early on. In my HS league I shut out the rest of the school my senior year. We lost to larger school in the play-offs College was different and I found that a bump here, a shoulder there and some just flat out running right through someone early in the game got their attention. I got tired of getting kicked in the head, in the balls, in the side. Got hit by a guy's full lower leg across my chest playing West Point. I jumped up like nothing happened...messed with that guy's head! The refs never called anything so I set the rules. Come in on me and something will hurt you. I got side tracked. Me having smallish hands, I would grab the ball and wedge it against my wrist and fore arm. It was more secure doing it that anyway. Then basically I taught myself the technique you show...left arm extended, much like when a soldier lobs a hand grenade. They are too heavy to throw. Right arm back straight , ball pinched to forearm, a few running steps and it was like in karate, the faster you bring your left arm down and back, it gives you the action like a whip action. Your hands are on opposite sides of a circle. There are other things I developed so I could throw curves. Into the wind, with enough backspin I could almost make it stop and drop straight down. I used alot of the bowling technique. My fields(pitches) were real grass and bumpy, hard and rough. I hated diving for a ball on that hard ground. We would play in the snow sometimes. We had some different rules back than and could get away with things maybe you can't today. To me the modern game got pussified. You don't see the uniforms stained with blood like when I played. I hated those ammonia inhalants!
Personally, I have never used them but have heard quite good things from them. I played the last year with customized gloves and they were better than all of the really expensive gloves that I have used before. -> I am just working to bring out a GKeeping gloves with exactly the same quality and foam than the once I was wearing the last years. I guarantee you that you will be incredibly happy with them !

Can you maybe show like a week of training sessions in the gym Were you just show some drills you do and sets to build up muscle but meanwhile stay flexible And show which parts of the body you have to train and for each like two or three different drills Because I don't really like to go to the gym:). That is why I always try to make it as short but also effective as possible.
