A single crutch or cane ALWAYS goes in the opposite hand. Not on the same side as the injury. Unless you want to teach yourself to walk abnormally, put more weight than intended on the injured limb and quite possibly cause further injury elsewhere. You don’t swing the same hand and foot at the same time normally, so don’t do it with a crutch. Free professional advice, you’re welcome. 😊

Check your floor pan. You may have a break in it if it is not supported by foam under it. It may also be around the drain when you are standing in the shower. If it is a crack, use a product like flex seal in a colour you can live with and don't use it for a couple days.

I know y’all set out to create a really unique space (and you did) but water leaks are no joke. That’s why RV’s are made to have those boring 1 piece shower enclosures. Have you ever wondered why everyone is not installing wood shower enclosures? I’ll bet money that your wooden shower has been leaking into your floor and structure lonnnnnggggg before this new leak you just noticed. I’ve got a great idea for your next video……..”Eric and Allison replace their wooden shower with a fiberglass all-in-one shower enclosure from Home Depot”.

I can't help feeling disappointed that you are bypassing some of the most varied and beautiful terrain in the U.S.A. to go to Alaska. Washington State alone offers one of the world's only temperate rainforests with the most amazing old-growth forests, the Olympic Mountain range, and the Pacific Ocean coast with beautiful beaches, all on the Olympic Peninsula. The San Juan islands are so beautiful and fun to explore by ferry, and Mt. Rainier and the surrounding area can't be beat for beauty and wildlife viewing, and that's just a tiny taste of Western Washington. The eastern half of the state has a whole other climate and sights to see with the Cascade Mountain range separating the two halves of the state. I can't believe that you spent so much time in Death Valley, but just blew by some of the most beautiful scenery there is in the whole Country in Oregon and Washington. Alaska has been done over and over in travel video after travel video. The only videos I see of the PNW are all about Seattle and Portland, but there is soooo much more to these states than the cities. You missed a huge opportunity, and it makes me a little bit sad.

Dont let the nay sayers knock Clementine. Fixing things is a normal part of rv life. Rarely do you get one trip with nothing to fix. Its a small price to pay for sailing down the road in your home! Remember, fancy rv's, yachts, million dollar rigs ALL break down the same way, in the same places, for the same reason. Do not be dismayed!😊❤

Been there with the shower. You are using the wrong sealer. Use Dow Corning all purpose sealer. You can get it at a big box store. It comes in regular tubes or calking gun tubes. It stays flexible when dry and won't flex loose. Drys clear. This will fix your issue. Don' t use regular calking. Dow also makes a windshield sealer. Pick up a tube of that while you are out. You’re probably off the crutches by the time you may see this but as a physio/physical therapist, you may find it better to have the one crutch in your opposite hand rather than on the affected side. This means you can step a bit more naturally & put weight through the right side as you step with the left foot. If this makes no sense, there’s plenty YT vids to demonstrate & you might find it reduces pain & feels a little more like your natural gait 👍🏻

You made a beautiful job of Clementine's restoration, but I do remember thinking that the wood-panelled shower might be a little on the eccentric side. Most shower cabinets are smooth plastic, glass or ceramic-tiled for a reason. But hey, it's characterful and character-building. Eric, you need to get some hi-topped sneakers and wear them 24/7. We took our 1984 Chevy Mallard all the way up to the Arctic Circle sign above Fairbanks your rig is definitely good enough to go all the way up there. You’re just really coming at a bad time because it’s already going to start snowing we have what we call termination dust showing up on top of the mountains already, I am in Wasilla

Aw. When you said you were going to be in Bend I was hoping you’d show everyone Bevel Brewery and throw some discs! You should do the Underground Tour in Seattle if you’ve never done it. That seems like something you guys would enjoy.

Geez you guy’s have been thru some rough times with Clementine. You are very patient and always trying to remain positive.
May I suggest a vehicle name change to Lemontime as she seems to suffer some ongoing misfortune.
Anyway, enjoy your Alaska adventure and safe travels on the road. 👌

Hope that ankle gets better soon. I'd get some kind of dessicant or dehydrator to put under the sink to absorb that residual moisture and hopefully keep any rot from starting.

I lived in Anchorage for 5 years way back when I know of some really good restaurants, go to Kincaid grill, great seafood and steak place, also go to the Southside Bistro another great place to eat and finally the Bridge Seafood is awesome, its a restaurant built on a bridge over ship creek, really cool place. Enjoy it.

That manual transmission is in and of itself an anti-theft device, I would bet less than 20% of Americans could drive it. No worries, I snub the engine occasionally on my jetta as well! I too, have the same issues from time to time when I have an injury to my left lower extremity and am unable to work the clutch. This was a great adventure, great because you two demonstrate the resourcefulness to tackle any issues life throws at you!👍
