Getting UI Ultra Goku after spending 5K CC

Am i lucky or one of these people can't get him because they don't know the spamming no "trick"?
Idk if UI Ultra Goku fell off ever since his first release but i want to try to see if he's good.
Also that fight between dbz lssj Broly and Vegito Blue is also a rare animation and i can't believe i'm this lucky to get Ui Goku on the first summon what 😭😭
