Same to be said about Mossberg. I had a gun with reciever damage and they completely replaced it and sent it back at no charge, done within a few weeks
My cousin had one blow up in his face the first shot and they gave him a full replacement. Took it straight from the gun store to the range and had that bad of a catastrophic failure and they took the loss instead of my cousin
At that price point, they had better have amazing customer service 😂 Somewhat surprisingly, Hi-Point offers phenomenal customer service as well. The firing pin for my 995 bent and they had a replacement in my mailbox 3 days later.
even better if it would be in the box as it should. my goldenboy is put together ruff bur on dovetails in front sight installed so crooked . fun to shoot but shame they don't make their stuff clean and high quality, the finish catches off with your nails it s mhe and expensive but fun to shoot
Lost a smith and wesson cylinder release button for my j frame and contacted customer service and they had it at my front door 30 hours later. American made firearm manufacturers are the best. USA baby
Looks like it's going to be a good carbine and I hope to get some leather made by you for my father as soon as I get enough money because from what I've seen of your work he'll love it. Thanks for sharing good sir and I hope that all is well with you and yours. 🙏🙏
Yes you can do better than that. The charging handle should have been there in the first place. Quality control is 'the' indication of a superior company, not correcting an issue that should have never taken place to begin with. However, it's good that Henry followed through for you. Enjoy your rifle.
With firearms its very easy for the small parts to be lost in transit so most of the time it isnt on the company that makes the gun its on the inbetween time

Not a good thing if you hear about how a company has such good customer service. Means that a lot of people are sending guns back. I bought a .44 mag big boy last year and it would not cycle a single round. Had to send it back and they made it right but pretty disappointed that a $900 gun would not function out of the box.
No joke I was looking in this month's NRA whatever magazine they had an advertisement for the Henry 9 mm rifle the rifle in the picture was missing the charging handle. I was like how do you even load that thing?
I hope your gun works better than honest outlaws did pretty disappointing (i own 2 henrys and had a problem with one the customer service was outstanding)
I cerakoted a old lever action 22 Henry for a guy it was missing the hood for the front site. He called them to buy one and they sent it to him for free and this rifle is from the early 80s
Eh... When I had an issue with my Ruger, 2 years after purchasing it, they sent a replacement part free and included decals and a silicone cleansing towel. When I had an issue with a Smith and Wesson I bought new, they repaired it and sent me a free spare magazine!
Yeah, Customer Service promptly sent the needed accessory, but "you can do better than that". How many people were involved, how much time spent, how much in added costs to the manufacturer simply because somebody didn't do their job?
I agree with the customer service, but it shouldn’t happen in the first place they need a better quality control, so this don’t happen I’m sure you’re not the only one.
Perhaps but there’s also no guarantee they’re the culprit. Shipping companies aren’t known to treat parcels with care. There is definitely a case to be made for the charging handle to be packed more securely in the box however so that it can’t possibly fall out.
@@masonleather_outdoors maybe but shipping company shouldn’t be opening firearm boxes or losing firearm parts either way it sucks like you said can’t say there’s the culprit
Now that he's mentioned that, I've only heard of excellent customer service from gun manufacturers. Anyone have a bad/poor customer service experience?
Am I the only who thinks the idea of being able to just pop a charging handle out and in without disassembly is concerning? I don’t know how critical it may be in a defense situation or a “tactical” situation but it hits me funny.
Their customer service may be amazing, but sadly their quality control inspection sucks. How on earth could the inspector not see that the charging handle was not included in the shipment?

It should have shipped with the part in the first place. I’ve had 2 bad Henry rifles with QC issues.

The only time I’ve seen customer service this good was from Meze (an audio equipment company)
I thought it was a sear 😏😂😂
love me a bag inside of a bag inside of a bag
🤣 ok I honestly thought you'd have to disassemble the gun again just to install the charging handle.
I really want to see this shoot

if you didnt mark off the barcode people can still scan it to see the addresses
If someone wants to go through that much trouble, would not be the best place to show up.
Maybe their customer service is so amazing because they're a well practices department owing to Henry's crappy quality control department.

Because with henrys its usually in the sealed tool bag
Who's Henry?
Or is that the address for Henry? Either way blocking it with paper didn't work lol
Worked to get engagement 🧠
They can do a little better. Like making sure the gun has all it's parts in the final inspection, before it's packed and shipped.
Dude you can see your address even with the paper over it
its the origin address. Also, I don't know why they bothered covering it if you can still read it.. and its the origin address.
