I dont see what was disappointing here
Most 5 hours flight in North America don’t even offer a meal
They dont even have an IFE

Only 5 hours. What happened with the filming? He asked you? Legroom looks good. Food looks great too. It looks great. Better than Air Canada or US airlines. More legroom than the Aer Lingus Neo.

I am booked from Paris to Montreal Azores Airline with a free 2 day stop-over, o/w for 332 Euro - sounds like a great deal, lets see what the experience is like - looks perfectly adequate for the money to me! Air Canada was 1900 Cad (no stopover!) which is bonkers.
You complained about weird things tho lol looked like a decent flight for a short hop over to Azores I would actually like to try this company
Did you ask the crew permission to record them and show their faces on this film? You were very good at hiding your passport and boarding card details. Maybe you can do the same with the crew faces?! 🤔
We booked them with a stop in the Azores on the way to Lisbon. Very disorganized and chaotic with paperwork, then after two delays (we were at check in when the pilot taking our flight back to the Azores showed up and he did not know why it was delayed!) we were rebooked on TAP direct to Lisbon. Now that was a horrendous flight. I wouldn’t book with either company again. I’ll stay with KLM and Air Canada.
I am surprised you did not complain about the air blowers above the passenger heads being turned off for the entire flight and water never brought upon request as that usually happens with AA. And the $200 charge per extra luggage ripoff.
Quick question at 1:25 - don’t you have to show your boarding pass or some proof that you’re traveling out of the country to use the duty free shop?
Great video as always! Love the takeoff from YYZ where you head west and then turn east, as you say on a clear day there are gorgeous views of the city. The sunrise is always precious, and it’s a beautiful scene on approach/landing. Really appreciate your work!
Yes he says on the video that the Duty Free shops are after security (where they will check for your boarding pass)

We are flying business in a week on sata. I hope it’s good but I have very low expectations as every reviewer has been very disappointed with business class. No in flight entertainment minimal service. For economy this looks good though.
Thanks for the video. I will be using this airline for the first time to return from Lisbon to Toronto. Can you tell me if they were strict about measuring or weighing your carry on bags?
Yes, they actually did weigh my bags when I checked in at the counter

Yes, for a small airline one would grade this flight a 9 out of 10. For the low fares, one is receiving excellent service on the whole. Certainly the in flight entertainment seems to have adequate choices for a 5 hour flight. No reason to be bored.
The food hasn't changed I see, the bun is still hard as a rock. sad.
Better than traveling within Canada or the United States on a 5h flight and not even food is served. As for the bread, I've traveled and I've never had hard bread. You should be more careful with your statements.
