I had an incident with belton. He claims all the time that he records and tracks how much he takes. but it's a complete lie. I lended him lots of divines. And he just forgot about it and never followed up in paying it. In my culture when you owe someone you follow it yourself. you do not wait for the lender to ask for it back. long story short. We argued over it. Don't get me wrong he wasn't like not wanting to pay back but he absolutely has no idea how much he owes to who. At the end of the argument he invited me to his bestiary and threw on the ground a hinekora's lock thinking that he paid me more than he owed. But I wanted my divines. Hinekora's lock prices plummeted to the ground too btw afterwards. TLDR Belton is just not a nice person.

i dont understand this guy , anyone with above average crafting skills in this game with 20 mirriors can make omega item worth mirroring , why is he complaining about people just giving him free money to do the craft.....

if you're fast you could fairly easily get 2 or 3 mirrors by week 2, 7 is a lot but very possible
Remember that guild that got banned from the league for having every mirror on the server? Yeah they were exclusively selling them outside the game. It was impossible to get a mirror in the game because they just offered way more than they were worth.
So this is obvious rmt. Unless he dropped 7 mirrors solo.
Divines are 30 chaos on day 1, and mirrors are 100-150div or so by the end of week 1. If you can nearly complete your atlas by the end of the first day and hover around level 90-92 you've put yourself in a position where you definitely can farm 1 or 2 mirrors by the end of the first week. Bare in mind this is high level gaming/no-life'ing to a great extent, but I play with people who are dialed in at this level. Lots of game knowledge is required to execute such a goal, but I think people are being far too closed minded to think it's always just a swipe of your credit card.

27:30 You can suffer back pain from sitting too long each day, that's possible. You should organize yourself a standing desk and if you have really long sessions in front of PC you should organize a treadmill too. Made the mistake myself and now I'm organizing myself a better working condition. Long time sitting is really bad for human body.
Working out helps a lot as well. I work in IT + game a lot and i have no issues whatsoever. If you can sit 10h+ per day, you can exercise 1h. Just doooo it!

This "expose" would be more effective if it focused on supporting the issues that were brought up and didn't include tangents specifically to attack Belton's character, like Belton's back problems being phrased as a convenient excuse for him and not being explained as a preexisting injury he has. These attacks take away from the trustworthiness of the document. As such, the truth is likely much more in the middle between this and Belton's statement.
Looking at this from Belton's perspective; if someone joined me on a project, we took out debts that I was then forced to pay back without them, naturally I would have many colorful words to say and not want to work with them again.
Looking at this from their perspective; if I joined someone on a project with the idea that my contributions would be paid back and not only was I not adequately paid but I and others had to deal with daily outbursts, I wouldn't associate with this person further.
At the end of the day this simply a bad joint business venture in a video game, one of hundreds of crafts. The only reason why this is getting any attention is because its against a widely disliked streamer. While Belton could have handled things better from their perspective; it doesn't change the reason why people will still watch and continue to contribute to these crafts, they are desirable items every league. If Belton has the best product people will still buy in; regardless if they like his personality or agree with his ideology.

If he catches u, ur loan amount increases. The chat had some genuinely interesting suggestions for mechanics.

Belton is the epitome of evil in Path of Exile. His supporters are no more than pawns for him to make money on the internet, while they are the only reason he gets to craft the first place.

Honestly, I don't even understand this scandal, Belton is not a bad guy, but it's his way of being, he is toxic and will gas light you too hell, for his goals, and it's normal if you consider his past and where he come from.
If you followed his stream you would also know that he gets loans from his team and people that trust him, while using viewers for farming harvest beasts.
Like this league he started a few days late for personal reason involving his father, and on his day one, they already lent him a mirror and an other guy gave him like 20divs as he was going on holidays for a couple of weeks, you could find this information by simply watching his stream, you don't need to be part of his team to find out.
I would like people to understand that he is not a bad guy, and he done so much for this community fighting tft, etc...
And you can see his personality if you hang on his stream for just a few hours. If you don't wanna deal with such a person, you are free to avoid him, there are better crafters and communities when it comes to reliability and personality, and most of those take loads etc... as well. And people invest their currency in crafters, because it's a stray return. Poe banks have been asking for years. You give them a a div or a mirror and you are gonna get interest back from your investment, regardless if they are traders or flippers etc...
The only part that should be scandalous is how he treat people, and it's his toxicity.
He honestly believes that he is treating them when offending them, and it's something normal when you became a man in such an environment as he had. If you don't like it, just don't hang with him and his stream and it will not effect you, but if you do, ya just gotta blame yourself.
