Thanks for the video. Got a 5600c back in 1992 (901). Paid New Zealand $150 I think? Three original bezels and strap later I got the bezel and strap set from seller on eBay. $$ well spent IMO as I'm pretty sure Casio no longer make these? It's very cool someone does!! Mine survived 20+ years of painting and plastering (paint, thinners, dust etc). Thrashed hard and all the functions still working including the candle light ! 😂😂😂😂
Are you sure the one without the beep is on mute? You could take the back plate off if you think there is an actual fault and make sure the electrical connection for the beeper and in good condition. You could use contact cleaner. One of my G-Shocks I bought used had corrosion on the back plate electrical connection. I fixed it using the method I mentioned.
Thanks friend. I am sure. The beeper is actually on stuck to the crystal of the watch, right between the movement and the crystal. This watch does not beep when you scroll through the different modes. It does only in ST and TR modes. Thanks for watching.
@plasticindices3385 There are some good vids on Vintage Digital Watches channel. He uses a flat glass with 3 grades of sandpaper and water, then Cerium Oxide to finish. Good results. 👍

Amazing clip. This kind of videos should get tons of views. Thanks a lot.
@@macacopaco4664 Many thanks friend
the color of the original micro bulb was most similar to amber. I would be very happy if LEDs of this color were used in the newer DW-5600 watches.
@@watchthis90 agreed. the LED of the new model is just a big disappointment. Thanks for watching friend. 🤝🏻
Good one informative

Although many of casio’s watches appear similar, you always show me the intricacies that give each model its uniqueness. 😊
@@kongshvalmagyar4984 Many thanks for those kind words, friend. Much appreciated 🙏🏻
Lot of scratches on the glass. Had you considered removing and tidying up?
@@roadgent7921 the ones Ive seen are polished but they honestly dont look good. What would you use to get that piece of glass polished out?
