Jim it was really delicious and the lemon flavor was definitely refreshing! I was a little worried the lemonade would make it too tart and too soupy but it turned out to be a favorite I’ll be making again soon! Have a great weekend! 😊

I used a similar technique to make a pistachio pie. It was pretty much the same recipe except without the lemon juice and lemonade mix. I just added 1/2 cup of cream in it's place. It turned out fantastic.

I love cheese cake and that one seems quick and easy. Love that you don't have to bake this.
It’s very easy to make and doesn’t take long at all, the only thing that’s hard about the recipe is having to wait for it to set up in the fridge ☺️
