realization check! don't expect too much, na overwhelmed ka masyado sa mga nakita mo at nakilala mo. what happens in their lives is destined to happen. Think, think, think and save, save, save.
Purchasing a house in Canada regardless of where it is at will require proof that the mortgage can be paid. I remember when I sold my townhouse last year to another Filipino family (it was their first property), their current status was also questioned before they were able to get a mortgage. A house in Canada is a right of passage and it will come, you just have to be patient. The further you are from Toronto, the more you have to question - are there job opportunities here? do I have reliable vehicles? are they welcoming of other cultures? do I want to sacrifice the conveniences of living in the GTA for a house? I started my home ownership by buying a very small condo in 2012 in Mississauga. That was my first one and how I got my foot in the home ownership world. Condo prices are about to fall (condo market is about to crash) and if you're lucky, you may be able to snag one of these properties. You don't need to buy a house, you just need to stop paying rent. If you put your money into a mortgage payment, you are investing in your future. But all of this takes time and you are comparing someone else's Chapter 20 in their lives with your Chapter 2. You have to remain focused and resilient. Other provinces are changing a lot of their immigration requirements and you could get trapped and have to restart again in Toronto.
@@krystalcydeelarita2201 You are still young. Your next step should be saving for school and getting your PR. When you become PR, you can apply for OSAP to pay for school. It's a government school loan and you can qualify for that and only need to pay in instalments starting 6 months after graduating. My mom always said to pay the cheapest rent while you are in this transition stage and save, save, save. Your time will come when you can finally purchase your own place. My mom also studied when she arrived in Canada in 1995 and she does not regret her choice. It was tough with a parent at school, working full time and being 12 and taking care of my younger sibling, but we made it. My mom always says that without her schooling in Canada, we would have never made it. Now, she is retired and living and travelling in Europe with my step dad.
After 6months working sa same company eligible na kayo mag apply for Ontario Provincial Nominee under OINP Employer Job Offer- International Student….in demand job yung work in Marvin, me bayad nga lang sya, consult Immigration Consultant
