Aloo Chop is one of the most popular recipes during Ramadan time. Its a very easy recipe but a bit tricky one. Mainly because during the deep frying, the potato mix sometime cracks and a lot of oil gets into the chop and ruins its total taste. But with few tips you can easily make perfect aloo chop or aloo tikki. I hope you like this recipe.

Ingredients:
For the keema filling
1. minced chicken 250 grams
2. oil 2 tbsp
3. chopped onion 1 small size
4. garlic-ginger paste 1 tsp
5. chopped green chilies 2 medium size
6. chopped coriander 1 tbsp
7. red chili powder 1/2 tsp
8. cumin powder 1/2 tsp
9. coriander powder 1/2 tsp
10. garam masala 1/2 tsp
11. salt 1/2 tsp
12. black pepper 1/4 tsp
For Aloo chop
1. boiled potatoes 6 medium size
2. dried red chilies 4 pieces
3. salt to taste
4. fried onion 1/2 cup
5. chopped green chili 2 pieces
6. chopped coriander 2 tbsp
7. cumin powder 1/2 tsp
8. garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
9. chaat masala 1/2 tsp
10. mustard oil 1 tbsp
Gram flour batter:
1. gram flour 1 cup
2. rice flour 1/4 tbsp
3. salt 1/2 tsp
4. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
5. red chili powder 1/2 tsp
6. baking powder 1/2 tsp
7. garlic ginger powder 1 tsp
8. cold water
For coating
1. egg 1 medium size
2. breadcrumbs 1 cup
