    American Indian cafetal (coffee groves) are not touched till harvest. A week or so prior to harvest, men go in and chop down all the brush, flattening it like we do cover crops to armor the soil. Beans are picked and the grove abandoned till next time.

      Cafetal is a spanish word. American Indians meaning which tribes, they have different practices and traditions

    You don’t tell us how purity coffee addresses the mold issue. Without that you’re no different than other fair trade coffees
