Its little difficult to study while working. If possible take a break for 3 months and practice at home. If u dont have any idea abt starting the preparation or what to study then attend the class, so that yu will get an idea and then yu can practice.

5 months to prepare. Start
with concepts and previous
yr question paper, if possible
attend some class. Practice as
much as mcqs u can. Attempt
the exam confidently. You can
