Darn. He had me until he claimed it's a type of cactus It's not. It is a flowering tree, a member of the Apocynaceae family, which does include cacti, but plumeria is not among them. Maybe he did this video when he was new to plants because today he seems a lot more knowledgeable.

You should try White Brugmansia, Ginger Lily, or Night Blooming Jasmine. Love You Brother!!!
