How to Make Homemade Carrot Cake | Easy Carrot Cake | Eats With Gasia

In this video I make homemade carrot cake. This is my mom's super easy and delicious recipe! I hope you give this recipe a try.
What you'll need:
3 cups shredded carrots
2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Walnuts
2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
3 Eggs (room temperature)
3 tsp Baking powder
1 cup Oil
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Lemon zest
Powdered sugar

Enough to get 3 cups like it says in the recipe. Carrots vary in size, so it all depends on the size of the carrot you are using.
