That school teacher is still in hiding from death threats! Have you forgotten about that????
These Imaams have failed in ensuring that in a democratic country (where we can criticise any religion), Muslims aren’t sending death threats to anyone who criticises Islam or draws pictures etc!
I’m sorry, but there is a VERY LONG way to go, before you can make that claim! I hope this is a lesson for them, because the “unrest” sure hasn’t gone away, just because people have been prisoned or because there were counter protests!
It’s still well and truly a country where a LOT of people feel that Muslims haven’t integrated and are danger to Western society!
Muslims are saying they’re frightened because of these “riots”, yet no one has been killed as a result (even the claim that a Muslim woman had suffered an acid attack was a lie), but there have been many who were killed by Muslim extremists, be it here in the UK, or elsewhere in the West!
Imagine that happening in a Muslim majority country (where Muslims are usually killing each other, be it due to a different sects or for any other reason), a non Muslim committing terrorism in the name of their religion! Which Muslim majority country would allow followers of other religion to do that and for there not to be repercussions from majority Muslims? How many muslim countries has it happened in??
Muslims have suffered VERY little repercussions in the West! Christian’s are attacked in Pakistan on a regular basis, their churches are set alight, they’re accused of blasphemy and lynched by mob, even set on fire!
Where are the protests from all the Pakistani’s in the UK? They’re marching on Palestinian protests with Palestine flags, but never speak out like that about the atrocities committed against minorities in their (or their parent’s) native country! Of course not, because Muslims only care about the “Unmah”, they hate “kaffir”, hate the West, despise secular values and yet run to the West, where their children or grandchildren may become apostates!
Numerous so called “Dawah” boys here in the UK (and US) say that it’s ok for apostates to be killed and many well known Islamic scholars (both in the UK & elsewhere in the West) say the same! How can these people be an “inspiration”?
Muslims live in their own echo chamber and can’t see things from different perspectives! They’ll continue to be in denial until the next riots!

There was no Palestine back then. It was Judea, and it was under the control of the Romans.
The whole place was "renamed" Syria Palaestina after the Romans destroyed Judea and exiled the Jews.
The Philistines who were living in modern-day "gaza strip" were destroyed by King Nebuchadnezzar hundreds of years before Jesus.

@@DocRealTalk Errrk, wrong. That ain't "Doc Real Talk" either.
I will break it down into few points down below:
      1. Naming and Control:
      - *Judea* was the name used during Roman times, but the broader region has been known as **Palestine** for thousands of years. The term "Palestine" was used by the Greeks even before the Romans.
      - The Romans did rename the area **"Syria Palaestina"** after a Jewish revolt, but this didn't erase the diverse cultures living there, including Jews, Samaritans, and others.
      2. Philistines and Gaza:
      - The *Philistines* were an ancient people who lived in what is now the Gaza Strip. By the time of King Nebuchadnezzar (around 600 BCE), the Philistines were mostly absorbed into other cultures.
      - Modern Palestinians are not directly descended from the ancient Philistines. Their identity comes from a long and complex history involving many different cultures and empires.
      3. Jewish Exile:
      - Although many Jews were exiled by the Romans, a significant number remained in the region, which continued to be home to a mix of communities over the centuries.
You can view the sources here:
      - Herodotus, *The Histories*
      - Seth Schwartz, *Imperialism and Jewish Society*
      - H.H. Ben-Sasson, *A History of the Jewish People*
      - The Israel historian, Avi Shlaim and Rabbi Shapiro talked about this as well.

It was NAMED Syria Palaestina by the Romans AFTER they destroyed the kingdom of Judea, as I said. There was no Palestine at the time of Jesus. FACT. Ask any historian....you just wasted so much time typing all that lol
"The term "Palestine" was used by the Greeks even before the Romans."
Completely FALSE. The original Philistines were from the Greek Isles....this is why the Greeks knew those people as Philistiim. They colonized the area that is the modern-day Gaza Strip. That was the only region the original Philistines colonized. And over time, they were controlled by other kingdoms until they were destroyed/assimilated into other cultures.
All of this happened BEFORE Jesus was even born.
Also, the Jews that remained in that land was a minority. And many of them converted to Christianity and Islam.
Ones that remained Jews were made dhimmis under Muslim rule. And it wasn't a good time, according to them. Muslims say they all lived peacefully together, but that's not actually true.
I already know the history. I was just pointing out Jesus wasn't from Palestine to the original commenter.
