These videos are unbelievably well put together. I refuse to believe you aren’t a professional RUclipsr at this point! Just discovered this channel today, watched all of the tf2 videos back-to-back, subscribed (with the bell), 40 min later a new episode. SUPREMELY BASED!
The achivement "Project Excelsior" and the other achiv for the Demo, you can play on certain Halloween maps that have teletransportations to the underworld, especially Cursed Cove because when you get into the boat with the parachute on, it will give you a lot of progress for some reason.
I started watching your channel two days ago and I've got to say, the level of quality you're producing these videos in. Is absolutley phenomenal, good job.
This was easily my favorite episode so far. You found a great balance between describing the achievement strategy and showing highlights for each one. Great job, keep up the good work.
When I watched the first episode I thought "the hardest part of this series is going to be editing together the achievement attempts in an entertaining way". I think this video is the PERFECT way to do it. Loved it and hope the next ones are similar!
For real. I got the BarbaQueQ achievement yesterday cause i was engi and i was camping at my teams' main entrance. I fucking dominated 4 people and i was one of top 5 players. Good times.
yeah I was going for prime cuts on sniper and got a achievement for killing an airborne scout, without knowing they were airborne due to zoom depth perception
You're living the dream, I've got 8k+ hours and all I have left is the last 2 replay achievements and Metal Massacre. Been dreaming of doing it legit for ages. Keep going you got this!
Good luck on your journey man, thats some serious amount of dedication not every mann is capable of. But the most important thingy do not forget to have fun
Looks like your channel got blessed by the algorithm, from 2k subs to 9k subs in 5 days, from 30k views to 150k views. Congrats. The series is legitimately great, later videos with gameplay are much more fun than first three with explanations, imo. Its more fun to watch you getting achievements, than to watch you speak about getting achievements over some random footage.
Honestly I'd like to see you make more TF2 challenges of sorts, like "how long can I play TF2 before I pass out?", or something to do with gathering large amounts of data like "I played 1000 matches as a friendly, this is the result" or something. You're really good at both of these things honestly. And if you want, you can do the occasional "TF2 Highlights" video, they're a good way to grow your channel and very entertaining.
Sir, you are the reason I decided to come back to TF2after all this time. Thank you for showing to me that the game is not dead and is still as fun as I remember it
Wow, just discovered your channel and I am baffled that you are not a veteran youtuber. High quality editing throughout 20+ minute videos, quick consistent uploads, and just thoroughly entertaining content. Keep up the great work man, I'm sure you'll get the Blockbuster achievement by the time you get through the rest of your challenge.
I'm glad you took the comments into consideration, it's really surprising that you got so much attention with only 1 series, I hope you finish this series, it's really enjoyable to watch
RUclips randomly recommended me your first video today and from the quality of these videos, I honestly thought you had more subcribers and you definitely deserve more! This was a great surprise to see upon just subcribing a few hours ago! Keep going with the great content and take as much time you need!
I appreciate that you have a bind to tell the server any wacky stuff you're doing is for achievements, hopefully stops at least some of the rage you'd otherwise be subject to
This video is perfect. 5 (and a half) episodes in and you have perfected the format. All you need to do now is make more episodes like this interspersed with episodes like #4 that are more squad/banter focused and raw, and bonus episodes that are more funny/epic moments focused and montage-y (and maybe aren't even about you getting achievements, but about things that happened while you were trying to get achievements) until you're done with the challenge (either because you've completed it or because you've lost motivation to keep going). But yeah, this is exactly what an episode of the 100% Achievement Challenge should look like imo.
All you need to do now to prove to me that you're a perfect video maker is to either perfect the format of a montage style video (because episode 3.5 could've been better imo), or hit me with something I don't expect but end up liking.
I'm watching a legend put together a series. With no following. Props to you man! This stuff is really entertaining and i would love to see you grow as a famous youtuber!
just watched all of these back to back. You're an insane inspiration. I think I might try and get the achievements, but there's no way I'm doing them legit like this.
I've been watching all your vids in one go and seeing your subscriber count go up from 2.9K to 3.1K in that short amount of time makes me very happy! You're doing great!
Your videos are awesome man! I know that you'll mainly create content with tf2 but you could for example 100% other valve games like portal. Oh, and good luck with remaining achievements :3
got an idea: survive a whole round without dying, payload might be the most interesting gamemode for this but up to you (I suppose you'd have to add additional objectives to make sure there's content lmao, such as get X amount of kills, get Xth place on the leaderboard etc.) loving the videos btw
I've got to be honest I was hoping that the series would be more along the lines of a short "Here's the plan", then we get shown footage of you trying to get the achievement with live commentary or a compilation of the incremental ones. A status update near the end for the insanely long ones like 5k sentry kills or parachutes would be nice. I believe this will raise your editing time a bit, but you'll have to spend less time between episodes and it will increase the watch ability. As it is now, I can't tell the difference between these past episodes and the first one which is a red flag. The planning and discussion takes too long, the footage in the background is what the videos focus should be and since I'm so focused on the explanation and plan I don't know what you've actually achieved. If this were a theory crafting series it would be perfect, but since you're actually attempting to do this I believe the journey is far more important than explaining so dang much... Plus more people would understand what you've clearly put a lot of effort into if you broke it down into small goals and dedicated videos to it like busting out the non situational class achievements and sprinkling in the situational ones as they arise, or busting out a big incremental achievement with the funny moments you come across sprinkled in.
Hey! Really appreciate your feedback on the series! I do want to break things down and focus more on the actually achievement getting but I also want to give people a good idea on what’s going on and what the plan is so that people who don’t know much about TF2 or want to try and do this challenge themselves can follow along. However, you do have a point and I am working in cutting down the actual explaining portions of these videos into either organic explanations in live gameplay or quicker, shorter voice over work which doesn’t big things down. Thanks again!

For the 'capture 3 times in one match' achievement, while sentries are terrifying against scout in CTF, it seems that the shortstop is equally as terrifying at taking them down due to their tight bullet spread and fast attack rate, even if its not the greatest gun for actual combat otherwise
