This isn't the only mod that I have seen mess with the wallpaper background on computers, Mario Madness has a song that does that too. (You just got to reset the wallpaper after you're done playing to fix it, so you didn't get a virus, it's just the mod messed with the wallpaper)

Its not a virus it's just when expunged comes out of the game window, it opens up another VsDave application window which is just Expunged moving. U can check if u can get rid of him by closing the Expunged window
