Where is this Emerald Tablet? What secrets does the Book of Thoth hold? The incredible civilization of ancient Egypt lasted longer than the entire period of several thousand years that we accept as recorded history. Some believe that after the destruction of the Atlantean civilization, the ancient Egyptians inherited some of its lost knowledge. It is believed that a few survivors of this once highly technologically advanced civilization took refuge in the lands of the Nile Delta.

It is believed that much of this knowledge was actually channeled and given to the ancient Egyptians by an incredible being who was unknown whether he was a man, a god or something else entirely.
This being was called Thoth by the Egyptians, Hermes Trismegistus by the Greeks and later Mercury by the Romans. This mysterious being is known to have lived in ancient Egypt before being revered as a god, and there are many stories about him that claim he was able to access higher realms of consciousness and derive universal knowledge from the cosmic field.
