I was playing Cleopatra's alexandria this weekend and I've noticed that shipyard has a limited range so to speak. It will only fulfill shipbuilding requests from nearby wharfs. Didn't take my time to calculate the exact range though. Seemed something like 15-20 tiles
Hmm. I was wondering what it was. Several times when playing the shipyards wouldn't work for me, I'd just presumed it was another bug. I just knocked down the shipyard or warf and rebuilt it somewhere it did work - it didn't occur to me it was a range problem 😂
Like most, I've learned SO MUCH watching these vids. Played the org Pharaoh when it came out in '99 (lordy I'm old) but am liking A New Era very much...thanks to you. So...when will the 4x build vid be up?
Oh and one thing. Carpenters are building scaffolding on the obelisk so the stonedudes can engrave the stuff on. Idk hieroglyphs? In original pharaoh we can see the process, here we are still missing the animations.
Your ships cant go through the bridges when they go from shipyard. Also so much distance. Also im pretty sure there is no space in water to get through.. thats the problems here 😁 i hate iken. Really hate this mission.

Excellent mission, well done. Was fun to see the military being fully utilised. Also I think water has cursed you now haha

I figured but the trade ships will sail though so thought maybe it was changed.
