    How good was that?! It was all in there- water like a mirror, amazing sunset, then a heap of stunning fish. Great video.

      Yeah its great, just really have to pick the right conditions. The sharks 100% are more active in the evening and night

      Usually between Feb and April is awesome, the water temp has dropped now so it gets a bit tougher from here for a while

      Glad your enjoying the content. Shimano Saragosa SWC 6000 and a Shimano Stradic SW 5000 both great reels for this sort of stuff.

    Not a bad session but my only question for all your vids is why you have your drag so light? The small fish shouldn’t peel your line as easy as what they are

      What percentage would you say your trips are planned around moon phases ?

      All good. Historically I haven't done heaps of night fishing but will start to do a bit more of it. I think it fishes well on full moon as the sea lice are less active, and on this occasion it was so still which would have made the baits really stand out.

      @@fishingmad got mine paired with some 8500LL spinfishers which is a little overkill but ya just never know what’s gonna take your bait in that bay

      That's a great combo, yeah I use these as my lighter gummy combos. The heavier outfits are 20-50lb terez with Saragosa 8000 or Slammer 6500
