Пока застройщики и агенства не будут бить тревогу и ныть во все горло перед государством, будет только хуже в Аланье. В 2022 вы все сговорились, подняли цены и держали их, самое время теперь тоже сговориться и исправить нынешнее позорное положение в Аланье. Пусть охота на ябанжи прекратится, пусть будут давать внж собственникам и арендаторам, проверив их на адекватность, судимость, платежеспособность и т.д. Если сейчас не исправить, будет еще хуже. Аланья, торговцы, ремесленники, водители, рестораторы все они зависимы от ябанжи.
