This is one of the best and easy to follow workshops I have ever done. Even with little experience with EKS, you can provision and follow along the workshop. It's a great source for learning EKS.
It would be awesome to have a list of AWS permissions that have been granted to the cloud9 IDE this becomes a little challenging when following outside the cloud9 environment.
Hi.. for the "In your AWS account" Setup, when I perform the "terraform apply ..." I am getting sts and role errors. So it does not complete the infrastructure installation. Have you seen this error and can you assist?
I know the original workshop is available still in git, and videos are still there, but I'm curious if the old pages are still available anywhere as well.? Love the new workshop!

I see there are some concepts like istio missing in the new one. Any plans on adding them?

What error are you getting? Do you get the same error if you run aws sts get-caller-id?
