Honestly, I really admire Han Ji-Pyeong's character like despite the money and fame, he is very grateful for what Ms Choi did for him that he went through all that trouble to help her granddaughter. He could very easily have given her some money and went his own way but he didn't. This is what that's admirable.
I think Han Ji pyeong has the biggest impact or relate to seo dal mi life the most, he's the one that always write a letter to Dalmi since childhood and all of his letter gave Dal mi hope and aim for a better life in future, idk but I really want Ji pyeong end up with Dal mi even it could not... happen lol.
What I really like about Han Jipyeong is how much of a gentleman he is. A scene that stood out to me a lot was when he gave nam do San the wrong impression that him and dal mi were dating so he calls up dal mi to tell him that he gave do San the wrong impression. Like bruh I would go on one knee for this man! He’s just so amazing what the heck!!!

I watched Start Up after Habaek and fall in love with this drama and Nam Dosan ever since. Despite many comments here cheering the 2nd leads more but i think Nam Dosan character is more exciting to watch cuz his character was growing in the drama and i love the chemistry between him and Seo Dalmi. Knowing Suzy as the lead actress really helped since i like her acting in Kangchi and Vagabond. Love Nam Dosan and Seo Dalmi!
The first episode of this drama already piqued my interest and made me bawls my eyes out. My favourite part was the Grandma in this episode, it was the sweetest thing ever, I think she is the guardian angel that will string the characters together. I'll give this drama a chance and hopefully the story doesn't go downhill from there. There are other three dramas airing on the same month / week so people are divided like me, because of the Covid19, some dramas were postponed and now they all crammed together on the same week.

I'm interested in the Jipyeong/Injae relationship. Both are smart, driven and lacking social skills. They are brusque and to the point. They also have a lot of internal pain. Jipyeong from being an orphan and Injae from her separation from her sister and her difficult relationship with her mom, dad and brother. We think of the Dosan/Dalmi relationship as the one being between two innocents/first love but my guess is that Jipyeong and Injae are also similar in that they haven't dealt well with their feelings and even if they've had relationships they most likely didn't involve love. How they fall in love will be tricky especially because Jipyeong begins with having feelings towards Dalmi. As the second leads, their story of love might take awhile to develop. So far, Start Up is a very promising series. The split in the family and the relationship between Jipyeong and Dalmi's grandmother are interesting story structures to work off of. I also am enjoying the Samsan Tech story. How 3 nerds become billionaires and how they handle that.
I really love the flow of the story.. The casts are really good. What is nice in this series is that, it's a mixed of drama and comedy filled with love
