When I'm finished with a quilt, I cut my scraps into 10in, 5 in & 2.5 in strips/squares. This pattern would work with the majority of my scraps!!! Love watching your videos!! And love the quick deliveries of my orders from FQS!!! Thanks so much!!!

Clappers are my favorite notion. My husband and sons made me square ones from a maple tree off our property for Christmas. They are amazing for blocks once they are sewn together.
Yes, please give us a tutorial on fancy binding finishs. Running stitch, rick rack, feather stitch and maybe more? The invention of the rotary cutter was the spark to get me making more quilts. And my husband bought the first one for me. Such a time saver!

I am a huge fan of the Laundry Basket Quilts Make Space Seam Press. I love how thin the handle is and sturdy for pressing seams. Of course I also couldn't live without my ergonomic rotary cutter.

I can’t imagine going anywhere to sew anything with just ONE notion, but if I have to choose, it would be my rotary cutter. But I’m pretty sure I would try to sneak other notions in my bag regardless! You can’t sew without notions! I’m pretty sure none of us would want to go back to cutting everything with scissors! I love the Triangles on a Roll. I can crank out tons of hst and I don’t have to draw diagonal corner-to-corner on the backside of background fabric… it saves sooooo much time and they’re ALWAYS perfect.
I have given alot of thought to your question, which notion is my absolute favorite? If fabric was considered a notion that would be my all time favorite for sure. So I'm not sure if the starch I use is a notion but it has most definitely been a game changer for my sewing, seriously it's just the best thing ever. Thank you so much Kimberly for sharing that.
