Then connect the USB with the receiver. Press the Power button on the front panel（or long-press RCU power button). Then power on the electricity. when you see there is ""UPDATE"" on the LED display, release the power button. The receiver will be working fine after finishing the process automatically." After that receiver will reboot and than go to Installation Go to factory default Select all Please follow these instructions, hope u r stb will be OK

It seems like your stb is ok , check it's display , 0000 mean your stb channels memory is empty
