It’s so nice to hear this 🤗 I just converted and I’m Mexican American. I just told my mother about becoming Muslim she gave me a little backlash saying I am always trying to find a religion. Because I always have but Islam is the best. I am so happy and so at peace. Alhamdulillah my life has been better I’m so happy! my connection with Allah is number one thing I think about and that is the best.

look into the sunni as well which literally means the way of the prophet how he lived with is the perfect interpretation of the Quran. Keep on questioning, and look into the different sects. Perhaps Allah sent you your husband so you can search for the truth together and save yourselves, rather than him just teaching you about his way (which is i would assume passed down from his parents, instead you searched for the answer so continue doing so). The sunni is bascially just from the prophet, anything else is an addition. May Alla save us all and guide us to the one and only truth. Division in Islam is forbidden, that is straight facts from the Holy Quran. But people are too proud of their own sects. And people who call themselves sunni or shia is basically acknowledging that division. Even our Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is neither sunni nor shia. Stop dividing yourselves becoz that is what Iblis wants, for muslims to be divided. There is only Islam. Not Sunni Islam, Not Shia Islam. Just, Islam. May peace be upon you, Ameen.

The truth of the matter is that the vast majority of Muslims are victims of prejudice, ignorance, brainwashing, misconceptions and misinformation.
Study the biographies of personalities like the holy Prophet Muhammad, his beloved daughter Fatima, her husband Ali and their sons Hasan and Husain(peace and blessings of Allah be upon them all). Look into the history of Islam (not of the Muslims).
Muslims ask Allah at least ten times a day in their daily prayers/salat/namaz "guide us to the straight path; the path of those upon whom You have showered Your mercy, grace and blessings, not of those upon whom You sent your wrath and gone astray"
The question is, how am I supposed to know who are the ones upon whom is Allah's grace, blessings and mercy?
Interestingly, the answer is in the same namaz/salat. Muslims are commanded to send blessings upon not only their holy Prophet BUT ALSO HIS HOLY PROGENY.
After the death of the holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his holy progeny), Muslims had two options for seeking guidance from. The ahlulbayt (family) of the holy Prophet. Others.
The ahlulbayt are those family members of the holy Prophet who grew up in his blessed lap. Islam, Qur'an and the sharia'h was revealed in their house. The angels descended with blessings/mercy and grace of Allah into their house. Muslims are obligated to send blessings upon not only their holy Prophet but also his holy progeny in their namaz/salat. Allah testifies of their purity, cleanliness, infallibility and perfection in the holy Qur'an. The holy Prophet left behind him the Book of Allah, the holy Qur'an and his ahlulbayt. They are the inheritors of the holy Prophet's knowledge, wisdom, understanding and characteristics. The holy Prophet loved them the most and they loved him the most. They are the best examples, role models and ideals after the holy Prophet.
Who can understand Islam, Qur'an, sharia'h, the sunnah of the holy Prophet and so on better than the people of the house?
This is why Shi'as follow the ahlulbayt and none else.
As regards to others, we are not sure of the state of their iman, source of their knowledge, information, understanding and guidance about Islam.
Any Muslim in the right frame of their mind would carry out their own independent, academic and unbiased research on the school of the ahlulbayt.

*Seems: you got freedom from one kind of shackles, and you entangled yourself in an other false-net which is called Shia-ism. Quran forbids to be a Shia or Sunni 3:103, 3:105, **42:13**, 6:159. God has named us only Muslim; not Sunni and Shia 22:78*

Allah says hold on to the rope of Allah and do not make division. Allah name us Muslims there is no sunni nor shia in Quran.
sunni is not a sect as much as it is following the true message through prophet Mohammad too pbuh- no additions completely following Islam and the Quran as it is. It is the way Islam was revealed and continued in his life pbuh. these statements from the Quran go to show that all other sects which started and were created AFTER the prophet died are not true. the translations of the aya in Arabic is wrong- no "sunni or shia" were mentioned as in sects throughout, w Allahu a'alam. instead we just follow our prophet and the Quran. Sunni LITERALLY just means following the prophet's teaching pbuh. May Allha guide us all.

I had a conversation with shia guy, he said angel Jibril sent wahyu (teaching) to wrong massager Nabi Muhammad, he said that supposed to be Ali. He said Ali is the real massager. Na'uzubillah. Sister, I don't understand why Shiaa Muslims give more importance to what happened in Karbala than to what happened to Prophet Mohammed, pbuh, that was awful, to a point where they start giving more importance to ahl al beith, more than to our Prophet, pbuh. As you pointed out there is only one God worth worshipping and that is Allah. Any other worship, even the grave of our prophet, is a sin, let alone other graves such as Ali's or his sons (radia Allah anhoum). All Muslims love the Holy Prophet and his family. And his behaviour to his grandchildren is part of the Sunnah and not something that is Sunni or Shia.
None of the Prophets were given the assurance that people from their direct lineage would all be Prophets/saints/special people. This is especially highlighted about Prophet Ibrahim when he asks about his progeny. The wrongdoers are not included in God's promise. There are many great people from the Sahaba and from the Prophet's family. But they are great because of their deeds and actions. Not their lineage

Actually it is Allah who selects his divine appointees for the responsibility of desseminating his Message, to observe Piety, to impart guidance and purity of the spirit for guidance of the Masses. And it is Allah s domain whom to choose to repose his Message So also Allah took a covenant from Muslims regarding the Wilayah of Imam Ali and the Imams in the Prophets ahlebait. The Ahlebait have been exemplary in all sects and respected for their Knowledge, Piety, Guidance and their pure character. All muslims are enjoined to send greetings to them and pray to Allah to follow the path of those on whom he has showered blessings. Many ayats, ahadiths and discourses are available for a complete understanding. I invite you to study those to arrive at the best conclusion.

In the same salat/namaz, Muslims are obligated to send blessings upon not only their holy Prophet but also his holy progeny.
After the death of the holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his holy progeny), Muslims had two options for seeking guidance from; the ahlulbayt (family) of the holy Prophet. Others.
The ahlulbayt are those family members of the holy Prophet in whose house Islam, Qur'an and the Shari'ah was revealed. The angels descended with the blessings, mercy and grace of Allah. Muslims are obligated to send blessings upon not only their Prophet but also his holy progeny. The holy Prophet left behind him the Book of Allah, the holy Qur'an and his holy progeny. Allah testifies of their purity, infallibility, cleanliness and perfection in the holy Qur'an. The ahlulbayt are the best examples, role models and ideals after the holy Prophet. They are the inheritors of the holy Prophet's knowledge, wisdom, understanding and characteristics. The holy Prophet loved them the most and they loved him the most.
Who can understand Islam, Qur'an, Shari'ah, the sunnah of the holy Prophet and so on better than the people of the house?
Muslims need to study the biographies of personalities like the holy Prophet Muhammad, his beloved daughter Fatima, her husband Ali and their sons Hasan and Husain (peace and blessings of Allah be upon them all). They need to look into the history of Islam (not of the Muslims).

the more you study to more you get attracted by the ahlul bayt, just like our beloved prophet said;
I [Muhammad] left among you two treasures which, if you cling to them, you shall not be led into error after me. One of them is greater than the other: The book of God [Quran], which is a rope stretched from Heaven to Earth, and [the second one is] my progeny, my Ahl al-Bayt. These two shall not be parted until they return to the Pool [of Abundance in Paradise].

I think the Shia Sunni difference is something that doesn't make you a Non Muslim.
It is a difference of opinion and Both Sunni and Shia fallow Alahbait the difference in Shiaism is that we take only Alahbait as Hujat and Sunni considered every Muslim who Saw Rasoolallah SAWW as Hujat and the difference is only for leadership.

shia’sm is cursing the father-in-law of the prophet peace be upon him which you are proud of !

Agreed. This was a normal narration has nothing to do with a sect it is a narration of his life and his character pbuh- which is what sunnah is literally meaning the way of the prophet's life pbuh- its not a sect- just the way Islam was revealed in its original form without anything added to it. Please sister continue your study on this. There is a hadith from the prophet peace be upon him:
'The Jews were split up into seventy-one sects, all of whom will be in Hellfire except one; the Christians were split up into seventy-two sects, all of whom will be in Hellfire except one; and my nation will split up into seventy-three sects, all of whom will be in Hellfire except one.'
Another narration reads: "They asked: 'O prophet of Allah, who will be the saved sect?' He sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) replied: 'Those who will remain on the path which I and my companions are on today.'"
"افترقت اليهود على إحدى وسبعين فرقة، وافترقت النصارى على اثنتين وسبعين فرقة، وستفترق هذه الأمة على ثلاث وسبعين فرقة كلها في النار إلا واحدة، قيل: من هي يا رسول الله؟ قال: من كان على مثل ما أنا عليه وأصحابي"..
look into the sunni as well which literally means the way of the prophet how he lived with is the perfect interpretation of the Quran. Keep on questioning, and look into the different sects. Perhaps Allah sent you your husband so you can search for the truth together and save yourselves, rather than him just teaching you about his way (which is i would assume passed down from his parents, instead you searched for the answer so continue doing so). The sunni is bascially just from the prophet, anything else is an addition. May Alla save us all and guide us to the one and only truth. There was no "shia" practices during the prophet's life (pbuh) nor is it mentioned in the Quraan and their practices, instead sunni is the way the prophet (pbuh) lived without addition.
A lot of the shia practises go against the Quran and the prophet (pbuh) teachings.

in Quran there is no word of syiah or sunni.... as well as in the Prophet Muhammad pbuh teaching. we are all muslims and dont seperate ourselves in political practices
