They always put a smile on my face. They are always having fun. They dropped a new song today from the upcoming new album too it is called Brainwash. No video just the song. It is the most brutal song they have released yet. Makes Zen seem almost Zen in comparison.
Hi Tim, merry Christmas! Did you know Nemophila did a kind of Christmas stream in 2022 when they were a five-piece? Me neither! But a fan evidently uploaded this to RUclips just a couple of weeks ago: ruclips.net/video/1y8Cafv3JZo/видео.html Only three members are in the video, probably the two with kids had other obligations.
That was fun to watch I remember watching that stream. Just the three guitar players. That was right after Mayu had her baby that November. They were taking some down time to give her some maternity time off. They also did a one night show with 4 of them called the Nemophila Quartet. Nothing was ever filmed but I remember reading some posts of people who were there and they said it was great.
@@kawliga4845 Oh, I didn't know about the Nemophila Quarted show. You preempted by request for video links to it also 😛 But I remember seeing videos from the US tour while her kid was still an infant, and the same quartet did various instrumental medleys, to give Mayu a chance to pop backstage. What a rock'n'roll life that baby is already living! Do you know of any more videos from the stream that my original link was taken from, though? I haven't found any, I think.
@@eckligt No I have not found any other than the link you posted. Yes I was at the Dallas Texas show and they did that about 12 minute jam with Mayu taking a break. They played The Trooper by Iron Maiden and then played section from Fighter,Rollin Rollin,Hypnosis and Monsters before Mayu came out and they ripped into Zen. Hell of a show.

@@eckligt Yes I did hear it. It is brutal! Heaviest thing they have done since Zen. But that is what I love about them. They can play anything they are very diverse.
