Depends on who’s answering. But I like to say that throws require more leverage and physically picking someone up. Takedowns are like sweeps, where it focuses more on dragging someone to a lower point, which eventually is the ground. Hope that made sense!
@@mcanastacio Thanks for replying! To me it's all the same. You're using your hip as a fulcrum pivot point or you're using your foot as a fulcrum pivot point. It's all about rotating the opponent downward around a fixed pivot point!!!
