18:55 - 19:03, logically speaking, both Caleb and Josh are right on the scorpion being poisonous but not. Basically when the insect is dead and can be eaten, the poison is drained out of it so it's safe to consume. On the other hand, when the scorpion is alive, it's definitely poisonous. Lesson of the day!
I know both the video and this reply are old just wanted to chime in though. Scorpions are Venomous not Poisonous by definition. Venomous is used for animals that sting/bite/inject a venom while Poisonous is used for things that would poison if ingested/touched, an example would be a poison frog. I would also like to note that a scorpions venom likely wouldn't do a large amount of damage to a human if eaten atill wouldn't be good for you though

The most unique I’ve seen are cricket chips and various flavored bug protein bars, though people I know tend to gravitate to Sriracha. Crickets look and sound gross, but they're actually not bad. The hardest part is convincing yourself to actually close your mouth and chew because you know what it is. However I don't know how I feel about bacon and cheese flavored crickets
