Really lovely effort in fusing the images and synching vocals at times. Very evocative and from a great early JB album. Would love to see this done with the other segue on the album of Take it Easy sliding effortlessly into Our lady of the Well from the same (For Everyman) album. Jackson, in fact, sang the latter in Sydney about six weeks ago and the serious long term fans/acolytes were stoked - a rare treat indeed!!!😊😊😊
I'm particularily fond of this song. I actually was ask to complete a project for a 35 year dear dear friend. Called m out of the blue. We haven't spoken In a few . He was coming back to St Pete FL.wanted me to sing all his originals. So h ha down. I said Kevin you know a gazillion muiand and you are asking asking me? What honor. We had played a few Pink Floyd covers for a sunset gig on Treasure Island. A barrior islsnd. Off St Petersberg FL. So this was a week later. Now mind you i haven seen Kevin in 15 year. We did a couple Pink Floyd songs. Wish you were here and Comfortable .numb. no rehearsal n run thru just the we it goes. About 100 people just a tiki hut sunset gig like I mentioned. We've always had this musical telepathic thing we we knew who's hitting which harmony. Guess that's what 35 yrs of frndhip gets us. So. Of coarse I agree to do the project. Only he had to see his doc at the VA. Something was trying to break thru with illness. He will call me next weekend. Well he calld I could barely contain myself. He calls he had a paralyzed rt vocal cord. Tragic. Further testing. Reveal lung cancer. I cried and cried he died 3 months later. S sad. I love that man as a friend and one of the musiciandsm. His name is Kevin Monte. He has to take on Reverb Nation. The song I truly love is Love Strikes. Hope you can find it. The other song was keep smiliing. . He was and incredible gifted soul. I miss him dearly. Hope you can find. It's like wonderful song. I would see if you wanted the song I could make that happen. released
