Its better to farm in 130+ zones. cause the weapons you get from animals will always be a high power lvl and give 5 star materials

Yes more videos like these. I always struggled smashing those low rocks with Clip (outlanders) now I know how to 6 years in! Keep the tips coming. BTW the mine trucks are great for getting mechanical parts with Clip they give as many as cars I think.

in my Resupply build I use Long Arm of the Law to extend my range and harvest even more resources in a single anti-material charge, not like you need a ton of health or damage from another team perk when it's just for farming

*Most of this is for newer players that don't have much loot/space.*
I have always looted the animal spawns with clip. I believe higher tier gives you more mat's because I always got more then normal rocks and plants. Around 124s. And if you don't want to make ammo endurance gives you unlimited ammo along with the ammo box's. At the least store energy and rockets in storage.
The only things I run low on are planks, mechanical parts, sometimes bacon and Qrts crystals.
Also if you need to free up space make traps that use alot of mats. ceiling electric field is 8/3/2/2. So the trade off is for 1 stack of 200 you bank 1600/600/400/400 mats. I like to use healing pads and defender posts as well. Then when mats get low smash the traps and get it all back. (do not do this with weapons you wont get powercells back)
Lower lvls I use purple items to use gizmos and not powercells.

A great way to get planks and screws (+ some other materials) is doing trap expeditions then recycling the traps, you can easily get 200+ screws and planks per day with little to no effort
Idk the number of planks but you usually get like 500 bolts from the red toolbox one

Just a tip. Fossil southie is better for farming then clip (obviously clip in support) I forgot the proper mathematics but someone on redit a few months ago made a few tests and seemed that fossil southie has the better results (granted its not that big of a deal iirc) but if you time yourself to only 10 minutes then fossil southie is the better go 😅
That’s what I thought too… you can spam anti material charge like 5x before recharge… also, if you put lotus in support with a ear splitter with heavy attack perk, it is way better then pathfinder jess

Well, on the Discord community, many people are saying that they are the same. Personally, I find Clip to be somewhat clunky, having to wait for her energy to regen so I can spam again. Southie regens faster and has two more spams than she does on a full energy bar. When I harvest, I like to get as much as I can, like metal, wood, and brick. I will have a goal in mind, like whether I want more carved twine or oxidized, and the location will match those results. So, I am not looking for caves to get quartz, bright core, or sunbeam. That being said, in a desert location, I am looking for quantity over quality, with the spam attack, busting through rocks and cacti in vast amounts. Honestly, when I saw this video, I was excited, thinking that I would finally switch to Clip in the lead. But, given the advice from Discord, being the same, I think it boils down to personal preference, and that being said, Southie is a lot easier to use. However, Beast, being a big fan of yours, I would like to see a video one day where there is a table comparison of using the best Clip loadout and the best Southie loadout. Perhaps having an unbiased player go about two or three locations in the best way for each commander. I still think Pathfinder Jess is not so good, as I used her for a long time and then moved to Lotus. There are a lot of exploits in STW, especially if you farm wood, metal, and brick in Stonewood or other lower-level places since the damage to the environment is considerably lower. This is a good way to get metal, brick, and wood, where metal is really valuable for trading in places like Discord. However, at the five-star level, I found it really laborious and hard on the hands to pickaxe stuff when you can spam or use an Ear-splitter correctly to get more stuff.
@@eudeamonism I'm really not interested in opinions from discord people here. If you have data to back this up or a breakdown on the mathematical theory I would love to dive into that.

use dino armor bonus and jonesy angel for recover energy, and then randomly shot with xenon bow killing enemyes recovering energy faster

recycling as usual, quartz minigames, and of course the quartz deposits. Run red box expeditions!
building radar towers and rescuing survivors is also worth doing because effort you invest tends to be paid off really well
hunting mimics is also really good thing because they give lots of things
storm chests should be done if you have them in your missions because they give a ton of loot
and play mission types depending on types of materials you need because nuts and bolts and mechanical parts can be easily farmed in industrial zones (specifically go for solar panels and power sub-stations because those can give 150+ nuts and bolts)
also you don't need to play high tier missions for anything but minerals,ores, strings and mechanical parts meaning if you need planks or nuts and bolts or herbs/bacon you can go into stonewood and peacefully farm there

(Next video idea for this series) I like using fossil Southie in a city I earspilter down the buildings and I punch all the cars, parking meters and the other mechanical part things, for rocks or trees I just go to a forest and just punch everything my loadout is fossil southie , bftp, clip, acheolo Jess, piercing lotus edge, prehistoric izza, and parasaur Jess, if your not using the ear splitter I change lotus for flash ac
How often does it break? Do you use a copper level one?

Personally, I can recommend you to farm with clip or southi lootout in a 160 zone, cuz u get to get every needed mats type and a lot of resources in that zone😌👍
On the chart where the person punched 1000 3x with clip I wonder the time difference on clip in the lead vs just in support
I'm personally prefer watching you farm vs your OP loadouts. Because I can do your farming loadouts and have fun vs not having the heroes or guns for the op loadout.
Why didn’t you do the llama fragments? They give crafting mats and ores/crystals (and building mats of course)

running expeditions is a good way to get lower level material

There absolutely does seem to be a gradient in 160s I’m almost always getting 5 star weapons and it’s extremely rare for me to get 4 star
I hit the energy and speed boost pylons to help be more efficient
Yes I definitely forgot energy boost. Not a huge deal but certainly beneficial

Earsplitter is only good in super specific areas for building materials only

That's true. Optimizing the fun out of everything and using exploits to trivialize your experience is really important. If you played for yourself and earned resources legitimately you'd run the risk of enjoying yourself. At least STW is free so you're not wasting mon-... ohhh

I''ve been wanting to jump back in to the game. I got frustrated with the little attention they were giving the game compared to Battle Royale. I understand why, because it makes them the money. However, I poured 100's of hours into this game and see it get ignored just pissed me off. You have an amazing account, I'm right up there with you despite leaving the game for 2-3 years. I mainly just need superchargers. Either way, great way to farm supplies. Getting some of these heroes are the main challenge for me.

@@xMistaBeastxGames You said that. So I went and logged on. I have maxxed out traps/guns/melees. I simple went to upgrade all of my previously upgraded gadgets like( any of them). None of them would actually upgrade, and best of all it took my upgrade points. FUCK epic games, and FUCK epic games devs. They deserve to be fired and work in an industry where they MIGHT have some use, like McDonalds.

@@xMistaBeastxGames I did my own test. 10 minutes with ArchJess and 10 with clip.
Clip got 15 more mech parts and 2 sunbeams. Jess got about the same but way more brick, wood and metal. So it’s about the same. I enjoy farming punching a lot so I prefer Jess. Hulk smash. But it doesn’t matter
