Bubble Soccer- How do I get up?

Hey guys! Cal here from Bubble Force. Most of the groups I work with are new to Bubble Soccer. That being said the question always comes up....How do I get up after I fall down in a bubble soccer suit? This video quickly goes over how to get back up to your feet when you fall down.
