We are passionate about beekeeping and really enjoy helping beekeepers through our RUclips channel.
On our channel you can find information on making splits with swarm cells, making increase with queen cells, grafting larvae, foulbrood and disease inspection, honey extraction and machinery, top tips for beginners, products reviews, instructions and guidance plus much more.
#NONONSENSEBEEKEEPING is a UK based beekeeping channel, designed to keep beekeeping as simple and enjoyable as possible. There are no overly complicated techniques or intricate pieces of equipment.
We cover all beekeeping topics ranging from queen rearing, disease recognition/control, honey extraction, swarm management/collection, how to make splits and much more!
My personal favourite aspects of beekeeping are selecting queens for rearing, rearing queens for mating, making up nucs for overwintering and collecting swarms.
We aim to bridge the gap between commercial and hobbyist beekeepers and cater for beekeepers of all experience levels.

Good to see the date stamp, that helps out loads.
Hopefully the f0 colony recovery is fast
Hopefully the colony can build back up for the summer 🐝
I hate mice . I got a hive that killed a Mouse at The Hive entrance . I thought they had the queen bee so i picked it up and they hade a mouse they balled up on it and killed it.
Yikes really hope you recover, at least there wasn’t a total wipeout
I had the same this year, the bees had absconded and the hive was full of leaves with huge holes in the foundation ...
Had the same one of my hives, was on double brood. The top brood box was full of brood and stores .
Always a close call. Lesson learned for me though. Don't half do the jobs! :(
I had 4 overwintering nucs wiped out by mice this winter just gone.
OMG the roof is back!
LOL back from beyond the grave!
This is the first year I’ve had mice…terrible damage in that hive…
Better than wax moth infestation. I FUKIN HATE WAX MOTH.
Hi,
I am starting to look at keeping bees, I was wondering how you managed to put a number on your queen bee.
How often do you find mouse damage
