- Back in 1978, Morris Venden had a Week of Spiritual Emphasis at Atlantic Union College. My father had these tapes that we listened to in the car all the time. I wanted to share them with you... Since my father died this past June 2023 😥, these sermons have meant more to me than ever! Enjoy and be blessed!
Wow… as someone who grew up in church this is 110% spot on!
I agree!! Amazing sermon! You should check out his son Lee Venden - All About Jesus. I have the playlist on my channel.
This sermon would be good for everyone to hear.❤
YESS!! I wish many more would listen to this sermon. So many people are soo visual these days, so unfortunately, this is just audio. Glad you were blessed by it!!
Thank you for sharing these. He makes it so plain. I needed this.
Most welcome! Yes, Morris and his son Lee Venden are complete treasures! His teachings are so down to earth and he bares his soul in a way that not many pastors would.
This is a sermon from his heart that means more than filling time, it is well worth the time to listen and let Jesus personally speak to you as only HE can,
I agree, he bares his soul... How many pastors would tell you that they knew not God when they started??? That little old lady was such a saint! She kept him on the path to truly knowing the Lord! Such an amazing journey!!
Listening to Morris Venden always gives me courage and hope. Thank you for posting this.
Several years ago I listened to some sermons where he did a series on Daniel and Revelation. Do you happen to have those available, as well?
Unfortunately I do not. I have a few more tapes that I need to clean up and upload.
You guys, send me the audios and I can re master them and send them back to you
I would love to... I have them on cassette tapes.. I was doing a project for my dad where I was recording them using a USB device hooked into a cassette player and converting them to MP3s then using Audacity to remove the microphone/tape/age hiss that it had. That is how I got the audio you hear now.
