Looks like the house I bought and am remodeling. Only now it is stripped back to the studs so I can replace everything. It took FOREVER to pull all the plaster, lathe, and blown in and clean up the mess. But I’m finally ready to move forward. Yeah
This is exactly what my grandmother's attic looks like she had me go up there because we both heard without like someone walking and moving big wooden boxes. Nothing was up there but a santa statue. That was the first time in the 28 years shes been living in that apartment that someone whent into the attic.
I see 3-5 houses a week exactly like this. There is indeed a lot of work to do.
