@@maximaria2155 I drink ACV 3 times a day before each meal, so I intermittent fast. I eat small portions out of my kids bowls and plates, drink a gallon of water and exercise 5days a week for 30-1hr. Rest on the weekends! Eat plenty of veggies and fruits and have 2 snacks! That's its I don't always do the same things tho for intermittent fasting right now I am doing the 24hr fast OMAD (one meal a day) diet so at night I will eat all my calories and snacks and do it all over again tomorrow. Or I do the 16-8fasting hours, so it all depends.

when I eat 1800-2100 calories, I lose 0.5-1 kg per week so it is possible .. everybody is different & when you work out and stuff, you'll burn a lot more calories
Having more muscle helps with calorie burn throughout the day as well. And she also works out which burns calories. Also, side note, if you're recovering from an eating disorder sometimes it helps to go through reverse dieting if you have been undereating for a while and it has affected your basal metabolic rate. I had to do this and am now finally able to eat 1500 calories to maintain.

If you are searching for diet tips or testimonies from people who really struggle to lose weight this may not be your video. You will need to lower your calorie intake at least between 1500-1200 kcal/day to begin seeing results if you are specially new in terms of losing weight or have a slower metabolism. Best advice I could give is to always go to a good nutritionist first. However, I really liked the video considering this is you, recording your personal experience and your own way of living, just wanted everyone to have in mind what I just said. Absolute bullshit! That's dangerous advice. Most women's minimum caloric intake required is 1,300. If you go under, your body starts malfunctioning, losing hair, period etc. If you go to the gym or are active on top, this can be very dangerous! If she did eat about 2000 and did an intense gym session, she is still in deficit! Inform yourself and don't spread dangerous information x
I’m a huge snacker! The thing that stopped me from grazing was making my meals more fat and protein which kept me fuller for longer. Things like eggs, feta cheese, nuts and salmon are really filling. Make your meals more satisfying and filling so you won’t be tempted to snack.
Just don't after a while your body and mind will be sugar craving free . I stopped snacking and it took me 2 weeks to stop cravings. Ever since, never had the temptatien to buy any snacks

If you’re just starting - you can recomp your body while staying at maintenance & focusing on progressively overloading your muscles in the gym while eating a sufficient intake of dietary protein. the more training experience you have, the more you can benefit from dedicating a period of time to gaining or losing instead of sitting at maintenance. However, it’s also about what you’re comfortable with. You might not want to eat in a surplus or track at all & just focus on being active and feeling good😊
