As someone with wide feet, when I first laced up the Mizuno Morelia 2 MIJs, my feet were in hell. After a few wears, my feet are in heaven now wearing these boots.

I literally just got my MIJ Morelia 2’s yesterday and thought I ordered the wrong size because of how difficult they were to get in and how tight they were. This comment gives me hope haha

You’re joking with the preds for a wide foot. I had the elite fts and was in incredible pain
Ik I wish they were wider when I tried them on they were tight but I could tell they were a really good boot
I agree with everything in this list except the skechers because i havent tried them yet. Lastly, the new predators are narrow asf I would say not recommended for medium to overly wide feet unless you go half a size up..
The Predators are NOT GOOD for wide feet. I have tried them on, true to size and a size up; they're so bad for wide feet.

@@kazuragi895 I would return them and go for Phantom GX 2 OR Mizuno Morelia II (get the elites no need to pay top dollar for the Made in Japans) the Elites are amazing! I used both and they both fit really well. I have super wide feet.
Having wore my adidas preds for about a month, I would NOT recommend them for people with wide feet. The toes get absolutely crushed in the front.
My brother has the laceless and they are pure pain on the feet

I wear a size 11 and have pretty wide feet. The predators didn’t work for me, my toes felt smushed in. Copas worked good for me. A surprise from Adidas was the X crazyfast. It sat somewhere inbetween the preds and the copas in terms of accommodation. But Copas are supreme on this front.
Nike, didn’t bother trying the mercurials so no opinion. Tiempos (despite the hate the 10’s get for abandoning k-leather) worked fine for my feet while the Phantom GX2 boot did fit fine but the blade studs felt like they would crack if i put any pressure on them.
Puma, the Ultras don’t work. Like, at all. Barely put my foot in one. Futures didn’t work for me for some reason? Maybe it’s just me. Kings are the easy pick for me. They just worked on first try without any problems. I hope this helps someone out there.
Did the gx2 press on big toe and did the copas stretch in the mid foot?
@@machaazahisagama3575 gx2 pressed on my toes more than the midfoot which was neutral for the most part while the Copas worked well in stretching to let my feet in.
Woukd you reccomend going 0.5 a size up for the predators
Please get your feet measured before going to buy boots. I can’t tell you the amount of people that tell me they have “wide feet” only to measure them as narrows. They’ve just been sizing down so much to accommodate their narrowness they think the shoe is the problem when in reality they don’t know their size.
They? Whos they? And why are people telling you what kind of feet they have? Why do you measure them as narrow. So many questions i have.

Predators 2024 are NOT for wide feet. Even if you go half size up its still a no go. There's decent space in the midfoot but forefoot and toebox are ridiculously narrow and will crush your feet/toes. I really dont get why companys do it like that - adidas currently has no option for widefooters...
I'm using puma Future Elite MGS and I have wide feet . I think its perfect for wide feet . it feels like a racket :d I recommend it to anyone with wide feet
What about the heel? How's the blister situation I have the premier 3. And the blisters on the heels are killing me
@@Barrioss1 it has blister pads on heel so I've never experienced blisters because of that.
i prefer nb standard for wide foot
I had the first Tekela, a standard version but made of leather, it is just great. I played more than 100 games in Artificial Grass. So, incredible durability. I am 8.5 us, but a wide fit like a 9us (or more), only for reference.
I’ve got to disagree with the new predators. I’m still yet to get mine into a game. Plenty of warm ups to try stretch them but they’re TIGHT. Just disappointed 😫
I think nike Tiempo is more Wider than predator 2024
i have a wide feet and i tried the predator 24 and im sure its not for wide feet. usually i wear size US9.5 but for predator i had to go for US10.5 or US11.
Damn really I have the gx2 they fit good but the narrow toe box not sure if I should play through it..I wanted to try these how is the toe box
@@machaazahisagama3575 I have widw feet and I tried both the new predator and nike gx. They are very narrow around the forefootand toebox area. Especially the toebox because of the pointy end

I have really wide feet and I've got the tekela pro low v4, and the I'm not sure about the supposed 2 hour break in time, I've already used them for six 90 min sessions and they still feel like they were out of the box, not great lockdown and just feel really clunky and bad on feet, hoping they'll come good but I'm not convinced
i wanna get sketchers badly i dont like how people have a negative view of the brand as a whole, because form and function theyre some of the best shoes in general on the market used to wear them in my warehouse and retail jobs because they were hella comfortable lightweight and good for 10hr plus walking/standing. Their football boots look good and i can tell they look good quality but i just cant find a retailer near me that carries them, and because of that i dont want to buy them because ideally id like to try them on first
Agree with this comment 💯 although I find that Skechers range is limited in my area as well and no football boots to try on either so I'm not getting them.
Was really hoping the predator elite would get me back into adidas after 10 years of pumas. Sadly the predator elites seem cheap compared to decades gone and do not recommend anyone with wide feet to purchase these. Blisters and black toes after first use. This is coming from 10 years of pumas I think I'll go back to them as they feel super light and have been great for my wide feet.
I recently bought a pair of tiempo 10 pros in AG. They're really wide. I usually fit into new balance 4E or 6E. And the new tiempo 10s molded to my feet like gloves in 3 sessions(90min long)
Found the pro's to be really tight in the toebox. Was pinching my toes, and as it's synthetic I returned it as I didn't think it would stretch. Have yours loosened a bit?
@@tn7328 yup. After 3 sessions it moulded to my feet perfectly.
I have a very wide feet and i think the tiempo 9 are better because of the k leather it molds my feet it does hurt my feet in the first time after i break in its better and tiempo 9 is just wider than the 10
boots with and without tongues also play a massive factor. i cant get my foot into a phantom gx but i can easily get it into a X crazy fast with the tongue. sock boots are the main reason why i struggle to find the right boot and feel comfortable after. most boots will stretch after a while but get one with a tongue so you can make it as wide as you need off the bat and not have to wait a month before it moulds around your foot.
What boots would you recommend, that have a tongue, I struggle with the same thing.
@matthewlyashevski4697 most of the cheap boots for most brands have tongues on them but if you want high end ones then I'd go for adidas. Ive had a pair of crazyfasts before with the tongues and they have a stretchy material so they break in really quickly. Adidas seems to be the way forwards for me because all the brands for their high end models are sock boots or tongueless
Id love to see some review on barefoot style shoes, meant for the spreading of toes. Like natur cleats, or a custom molded version by bioCleats!
Is this a sign blud posted 2 days ago as I was trying to find videos for wide-footed players. I always had it at the back of my mind for 3 weeks now and now search as this dropped. This must be a sign that I need to by new boots.

I’ve been struggling to find some new cleats that fit comfortable 😅 I’ve been using some Nike tiempo legends 8 and they fit nice but I’ve had them for 2 years and they’re starting to tear. In the last month I’ve tried “adidas copa pure 2.1” and “ adidas crazy fast .2” cleats and they fit tight at the mid cleat or mid part of my feet. I wear a size 13 and it’s a struggle finding any in store so I have to order online and hope they fit and if they don’t then return them and re start the process 😅any recommendations on cleats to try for my wide and semi flat feet??

Yo I planning to buy a new boot, I have a pretty wide feet and i have 4 boots in mind that wanted to go for Skechers SKX or Razor, Tiempo legend 9 and the Puma future ultimate. Any suggestions on one of these for wide feet?
Any of those 4 should work. The SKX and the Tiempos will offer the most width overall

Which football boots has the widest soleplate. Not so much that the leather can stretch for your foot to fit in, etc etc.
Im talking about the widest soleplate, that you put your foot onto and that your foot (pinky and big toe) doesn’t feel like it’s not on the soleplate, kind of sliding out.

Maybe the New Balance Tekela, but honestly nothing is super wide through the toe box area when you’re talking specifically about the soleplate. They all taper and have a rounded off shape
Hey ppl and hey Josh, been a fan of your channel since 2014! Injured my heel very badly…any recommendations for any cleats that is friendly to the heel? / Tiempo but wider fit / copa elite but skinnier studs / Mizuno but with more modern sole plate? Retro models are welcomed too

Hey same person replying to his own post, just sharing my experience with finding the most heel-friendly cleats! The answer is NIKE TIEMPO LEGEND 10 as it has a very low plastic heel counter with the rest of the heel being made of sock-like knit. I have #haglunddysfunction on my heels and it made me unable to wear any other cleats as it would cause immense pain. With NIKE TIEMPO LEGEND 10 there is no issue at all!

Hey Josh, I know this is out of topic & also know you posted a video a few months back about the Nike Premiers still being K-leather (the silver & GS colorways) but would you happen to know if the new colorways (tiempo94 & tiempo20th anniversary inspired one’s) are still K-leather? I was looking at some pictures & they look like cheap calf leather now
Nike released some new coloration their website that says “supple leather” or “supply SYNTHETIC Leather”. Keyword in the synthetic to tell the difference but they were making a good portion before those color ways in synthetic.
I have a pair on the way. Until I see them in person, it’s hard to say. Nike’s website descriptions are all over the place

I've got really wide feet and I just got the tekela pro low v4, could have and maybe should have gone with the v4+, because I've used them for six 90 minutes sessions and they still feel really bad, crappy lockdown and they just feel uncomfortable and clunky, hopefully they will come good but I'm starting to have doubts

if you have a wide foot get the crazyfasts with the tongue. ive tried both and its near impossible to get the sock boot ones onto my feet but the tongue one are super comfortable because im able to make them as loose and wide as i want.

Are the predator elites on this video a fair amount wider than the other predators on the market? I just tried a lower pair for $150 at Dicks and they were probably the tights boots I’ve ever tried fitting into. I just want to make sure these ones are an improvement. My pair of Wolverine predators from a few years ago were my fav and I’m trying to replace them
There’s definitely more width to the Elites compared to the Pros. Compared to the Predator Freaks that you had previously, these will be wider through the mid-foot, but slimmer through the forefoot and toe box area
Hey Josh unrelated but I was wondering if you knew or have saw any top end model soccer cleats at any of the outlets such as nike outlets or marshalls or wherever. I live in Toronto and I thought you might know hearing that your from ontario as well. I have seen a lot of videos (though this was a couple years ago) of people finding top end models at ross and other stores for heavily discounted prices. U.S will obvioudly have more options but are there any places in the Gta over here in Ontario?

As someone with wide and flat feet, and having tried a lot of the boots in that list I have to disagree with some of them. This is of course based on my personal experience, yours may differ. The Phantom Gx FG version tapers way too much causing immediate discomfort and pain. The AG version is much better but still a little tight. The regular new balance Tekela+ is very different from the non plus. The sizing is all wrong and the volume is much lower, putting a lot of pressure on top of the toes. For me they were suffocating and unusable. They don't have wide or AG variations in the UK for some reason

new balance regular fit has good midfoot width but toe box is way too tight. adidas has wider toe room
i have fairly wide and awkward feet, my go to boots are the Puma King Ultimates. SUPER comfortable and hours on end
