Dont forget the inmates committed a crime against someone(Murder.theft etc) I wouldnt call it "Precious" but the money you spend on it hopefully pays to keep law and order in that town.

When he was exiled to Patmos he was free to roam around instead of having chains on both feet and restrained to only limited space in a cave. Thank you so much for posting this vlog. Prisoners who are brought there from Bilibid prisons and other prisons are already reform prisoners aerving only few years on their sentence before they can be free. Most of them doesn't want to get outside becauae they can no longer go back to their family feeli g ourcaat, many of them had acquired different skills like farming and handicraft making that becomes an industry in that colony and community.
Hindi sila pwede lumabas dyan sir, Ibig ko sabihin kung baga yung main gate? hangang dyan lang sila sa loob nakakaikot. kasama nila pamilya nila sa loob?
