इसका एक ही कारण हो सकता है कि दोषी छात्रों ने पीड़ित व्यक्ति को आर्थिक राशि देकर क्षतिपूर्ति की है और वकील संस्थान से भी क्षतिपूर्ति लेना चाहता है
वकील ने पीड़ित छात्र का सीनियर छात्रों से पैसा लेकर समझौता करवा दिया होगा और administration से पैसा वसूलने के लिए केस को बढ़ाया है वरना मेन अपराधी को छोड़कर केस चलाने का कोई मतलब नहीं है ।

निचली अदालतों में गवाहों के पहुंचने के बाद भी वकीलों द्वारा कोर्ट में गवाही नहीं करवाई जाती है व जानबूझकर वकील उपस्थित नहीं होते और मुकदमे को जानबूझकर लंबित रखा जाता है इस संबंध में काउंसल द्वारा कार्रवाई की जरूरत है

Judge is so nice trying to bring justice by asking their lawyer to include seniors who did ragging..who should be made party in complaint but lawyer of petitioner either took bribe or might have purposely made a weak case

Justice has point. Poor counciling strategy is often responsible for falling of (even) strong case. The poor student who lost his limbs by a goods train in order to escaping from ranging gang of his seniors didn't get justice because of it.
We need judges like Hon. Shree Gurpal Singh Ahluwalia, not judges like those who almost acquitted Pappu whom four lower courts sentenced.
